I bought 2 travel iron, on receipt on 2/10/24, I found one of the two is defective, I received a replacement on 27/10/24 but was different to the one I originally wanted, the replacement I received is a mini iron, it is smaller than the one I ordered although it same design, I wrote to SoTrends three times to return it and refund me it's value but received no response and there is no phone number to call. Very unhappy with this experience. I don't recommend SoTrends to anyone to use them

No customer service. They do not return emails. They do not provide any contact information on the website and/or a return address.

Bought the ultra weed trimmer and it does not fit all trimmers as advertised.Took to my local garden repair man and he said there is no way it would fit said it would burn out the motor. Only good for heavy duty trimmers.
Have sent numerous emails and have tried to contact them on the return/refund page and I have been totally ignored and have had no responses.
Also nowhere in the order process does it say US$. I am in Australia and I payed almost double the price.
I will never recommend this company to anyone.

I am trying to get an address to return an unwanted item. I have left numerous messages on the Sotrend site, but have had no response so far. I will try to get it sorted through the bank as I paid by Credit Card. Has anyone had a similar problem.

I bought a Bella Pro hair straightening brush. It was advertised as having 30 a day money back guarantee if you were not completely satisfied. I have now sent 5 emails requesting a refund and how to return the item. I have had no response whatsoever. I sent a previous email asking when I could expect my parcel, they responded straight away saying it was out for delivery. A pity they haven't acted in the same way with my refund request. Do not touch this company!

SCAM Website. Avoid at all costs. Ordered a heated brush. Not happy with it and contacted company within 7 days of receiving item. Requested refund. No reply to any emails.

scam website and companyI ordered a heated hair brush for my wife advertised at £50 but when I went to checkout found the price had been changed to £60. I queried this and was given a voucher to claim the £10 difference when checking out but due to the way their checkout was laid out was unable to use the voucher. I have sent numerous emails to claim the refund but am still awaiting a reply.
I believe this is a scam website and advise that nobody have anything to do with the company

As many reviews state the"power washer is rubbish". Returned at my expense. All follow up emails ignored. Avoid this company. Basically thieves
Next stop Trading Standards and the ASA regarding false advertising claim

The power spray in the advert is no better than a ordinary hose spray, it's a false representation of the goods advertised.

AS OTHER CUSTOMERS I PAID £50 & ORDERED SPRAY NOZZLE AFTER WATCHING THE SALES VIDEO. IT IS USELESS. THEY PROMISED 100% FULL REFUND. I PAID TO RETURN IT THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS OF THE REQUESTS FOR A REFUND. WHAT CAN I DO NOW?

have just tried you ‘Power Washer’ - I can generate more pressure when having a wee than this piece of rubbish can provide!!

I consider myself well and truly ‘scammed’ but will pass your details on to Trading Standards. Should have seen reviews at Trust Pilot before proceeding but I sincerely hope your business goes bust as soon as possible.

Bought a Power jet - does nothing more than a hose, totally useless. Tried to activate the 30 day guarantee (which had encouraged me to buy it) but there are no replies to email and no numbers to ring. Just a bunch of scammers, steer clear!!

I would rate this item even lower if that was possible. When the irtem finally arrive there were NO instructions at all. I sent their Customer Service a request fore instruction for installation. They sent back a very poor video from YouTube. It was worthless! The funny part was there was video they provided just below the first video. It showed all the bad things about this product. What a bunch of morons. I have tried to make contact three times since and have receive no response.

Do not contact back to give return address and charged 3 times the amount on card, avoid at all costs referred to bank fraud

I bought a convertible Mazda mx5 a few weeks ago and I booked it in for a detailed cleaning and boy what a job they did looks like a different car very impressive work would highly recommend Robbie and his company they do a wonderful job

As a follow up to my previous email, I have now emailed Monzo with the hope.of reclaiming my money. It is clearly fraud and misrepresentation as there is no address or means of contacting them other than their email system and as stated in here one never gets a response. Ignore the five star nonsense reviews on here, check the names and the use of language, just another part of their scam. Will.see what Monzo have to say.

Not at all as advertised, II get more pressure from my normal gardenn spray attachment. The video shows a long nozzle, infact it's a short nozzle with little pressure (even though we have high pressure from our mains supply)

Don't use this company. The item I received was not as described. They say you have 30 day money back guarantee but they don't respond when you email them. I am hoping I can resolve it through PayPal. Avoid!
