Tried returning an item (because it was not all powerful as it was meant to be)but they won't respond to my emails at their support centre. They state on their Website to contact their call centre but no telephone number given. I think they are just one BIG CON! Don't buy from them. Their products are of a very cheap quality(all made in China) and not worth the money. Forget refunds/ exchanges. They won't respond. They need to be put out of business. Bloody Fraudsters!

Purchase a powerjet so-called sprayer it's about as powerful as a hose pipe total waste of money tried on 4 occasions to contact this company for a refund no reply at all, I would not deal with this company again as the items they sell don't do what they say.

Bought a PowerJet last week and was excited to clean my car. Got a shock of my life after seeing the results, a useless ordinary spray gun, no better than an ordinary hose attachment, despite the wonderful so-called 'reviews' they bought to quote. Contacting several time but no response from their team.
Definitely a white collar SCAM that people should be aware of.

Sotrends on line videos of the hose sprayer are nothing like what the product does. I bought 2 and they are just like any other hose sprayer and don't get near replacing a powerwasher.

Bought their so-called PowerJet. It is useless, no better than an ordinary hose attachment, despite the wonderful so-called 'reviews' they quote. Contacted them by email and via their website the same day to arrange return and refund. ZERO response after 6 days. Have sent message and email again after 6 days but not hopeful. Now pursuing the matter through the credit card issuer (my bank). That has been 100% successful. Still no response from SoTrends. DON'T TOUCH THEM!!

Received the PowerJet....what a joke. Expensive lesson learnt!!!

Zero stars!!! Read reviews too late & cancelled credit card to stop payment all within hours of ordering hose attachment. Payment sat (Pending ) for 3 days & despite cancelling card it still went thru' This organisation is extremely quick to process & grab the money. They know if they wait they lose the money. As yet have not received the hose fitting. It will just go in the recycling bin. A very expensive lesson, ordered in NZ & charged in US dollars. I have just donated $162 81 for rubbish. Money I can ill afford.
I have reported this co. to the Scam department of the bank.

I bought a V7 radar detector at a cost of £59.99 before discovering that it can be found on Amazon for much less. It arrived in reasonable time. It is useless. The voice is unintelligible. It picks up all sorts of other transmissions and failed to detect an obvious fixed radar trap. They ignore emails. There is no phone number for the so called Call Centre. Do not deal with them.

PowerJet arrived tried on my patio to clean, boy absolute RUBBISH, no more powerful than my ordinary garden hose, did not clean any marks on my patio tiles.
Their video shows it easily removing dirt and grime, what a con. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CON ARTISTS

I ordered the high pressure garden hose gun that was advertised as up to 15 times the ordinary pressure. Total misrepresentation. It was barely 2 or 3 times normal pressure and I made the orfice adjustment several times and still no more pressure.
This gun is worthless but then I should have read the reviews concerning your organization before ordering. I will not make that mistake again.

I noticed it took 2 days before money left the bank and likebothers is advertised as NZD however takes it in USD it also took 6 days to enquire where the status of the parcel delivery was at then for some reason the tracking number changed then the crap started right to saying it had arrived on my doorstep in NZ. I thought I was dealing with a new zealamd site. My last word their a scam people

This company is a scam or fraud taking money for products that don't work. Stay the flock away from this company. I purchased 2 radar Detectors that absolutely do not work even when sitting along side a speed camera. I produced videos of this process as they requested, & then they haven't communicated with me after that. I went through Pay Pal to claim my money back & was denied by Pay Pal because it wasn't available against this company & apparently no evidence as they say. So my advice is never deal with this company you'll lose your money it's a scam

Ordered pressure hose. Not what was advertised.
Messaged them the day I received it for return info. Emailed them twice along with another message.
Had no reply.

Product I ordered was not what I received from Sotrends.
Long pole high pressured nozzle.
Neither was it long pole or did what it was advertised as.
Returned it to address on package, had it tracked they received it. I still haven’t received my refund.£49 95p

What I like here is that all sorts of products that make a difference in day-to-day life are in one place. No need to go anywhere else. Very clean and clear, you choose so easily.

I initially tried to cancel my order within seconds of it going through only to be told it was too late, which is ridiculous because it wouldn't even have been processed at that time. I then received the PowerJet, which is absolutely rubbish and does not perform as advertised. I have tried several times to contact them regarding a refund but my emails have been ignored. I do not recommend this company or the PowerJet

I wanted to cancel my order as it was charged in US$ and no where did it say the price was US$. They emailed me saying it had been shipped! Once it arrived it was not like they said it was - it's basically all plastic. I've emailed them 9 times asking for an address to return the Power Jet but they haven't replied! This company can't be trusted. On their website - returns-guarantee it says that products can be returned! I received the product on 27th July and I'm still waiting to hear back from them!
