I would really like to put zero stars. Bought a pressure washer attachment. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. Does not increase pressure as guaranteed or you money back!!! No contact from the company, no response from the company and no where to return the item to. I don’t know where the 5 starting come from ???

This is a very very bad company do not buy any thing off them

They respond to emails on products etc. but ask for a refund and you never hear a bleep. I ordered two speed detectors as I drive two cars. Tried the first and its too awful to describe.........dialogue computerised Chinese did not stop warning sound even when no speed cameras around. Wanted a refund on the unopened 2nd but no reply so that says it all about SOTrends tend not to reply

Customer service is appalling. No contact details other than email. And they dont respond to email.
I have been requesting details to return a purchase and get a refund per the details on their website - but have had no response for 2 weeks. Not even acknowledgement of receipt of emails.

The UltraCut cutting appliance could not be fitted to my grass trimmer, so I contacted So Trends and they sent a video. This made it clear that UltraCut couldn't be attached to the strimmer, so I asked for a refund. No reply. On two further requests for a refund I got no reply - not made easier by the fact that there is no phone number you can use. As previous reviewers have suggested, SoTrends needs investigation. Whether the good reviews are genuine or not, I would never trust SoTrends again, and would advise would-be customers to do the same. With the benefit of hindsight I should have researched this properly at the outset.

I wish I had read these reviews before I made a purchase from this company. I thought I was safe reading that the product had a guarantee and could return within the time frame and receive a refund. I paid $98.00 CA for $69.99 US for 4 pair of their socks that I can not put on my feet. The very day I received them on July 10/24 I emailed and advised them I needed to return them and I have not received a reply. There is no where to find their address or any other information to contact them. I have emailed a couple of times and still waiting for a reply. What a scam. This company needs to be reported to the law.

Purchased a strimmer head from them which they advertised as usable with various manufacturer including Stihl strimmers, which is the strimmer I have. The product and attachments they sent were not at all compatible with the Stihl strimmers and when I contacted them they simply sent a link to a instructional video oon how to install their product... only problem was that even in their video they sued different parts to what they had actually sent me. Numerous further attempts at communication were simply ignored. THIS COMPANY IS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF

I have never ever dealt with a company as bad as this. My order didn't arrive. I emailed and they finally got back to me a few days later to say it's been delivered. I should know if it's been delivered and it hasn't. I asked for a picture of the delivery and also asked them to get in touch with the delivery service they used but had no reply for days. Then when they did reply they said once again it's been delivered!! This has been going on for weeks now and when they do finally email back all I get is 'it's been delivered. I've asked many times for my £60 but they won't refund. I strongly advise against using this company, they are a con! I believe they took my money and didn't even attempt to deliver my parcel. There's no number to call, just an email that they hardly ever reply to. AVOID

I could have got the item for a lot less elsewhere. Felt conned.
Looked a bargain and was what I wanted.

I emailed so trends to let them know the order is not as it was described and simply want to return and get the refund. They never replied. And I returned the order myself, so they got the money and the order and they never replied or refunded me. I would NEVER NEVER recommend anyone to buy anything from them, because they are thieves.

This company sell products using fabricated reviews. The product that I purchased was not as specified, neither did it function as well as being cheap and nasty. Needless to say, despite the assurances on their website as regards returns being accepted, my experience is that as soon as a return is requested, you do not hear from them again. This is a company to steere clear off.

I purchased two Derusting Weeding Wheels (size 6") from So trends on-line on 22nd May. The items arrived after several days. Before the purchase, it was claimed that these weeding wheels were universal. However, when I attempted to connect the wheel to my Ryobi Strimmer, the wheels could not be attached at all. Being conscious of the So Trends 7 day returns policy, I emailed So Trends explaining the issue. In response to my email So Trends forwarded me an explanatory video, which, while interesting, didn't make their product compatible with my Ryobi strimmer. I even showed the video to the rest of the family and nobody could see how the "wheel" was meant to fit. Finally I contacted Ryobi who stated that this product would not fit my Strimmer in any fashion at all. Despite repeated emails seeking a refund, So Trends have not responded.
This company is seriously lacking and I would alert any future customers "to avoid it like the plague".

Like so many other people who purchase from Sotrends I have discovered to my cost (£50 actually) that the products they sell are utterly useless. They misrepresent the items on the adverts ie "increase the water pressure of your hose by 15 times", whereas the gun nozzle is exactly the same as a normal nozzle & its made from cheap plastic, I wouldnt have paid £5 for it. They obviously haven't replied to various emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... I'll live & learn & dont trust the 5 start reviews on Trustpilot.

Do not deal with this company - items received did not fit description. NO response to repeated requests for payment (and final twist of knife!) same items available from Amazon with clear advice that they would not fit machine SOTrends solD it for for 25% of cost. Buyer Beware!

Bought Derusting Weeding Wheel. Good quality.
BUT IT'S A CON. If you can't exactly provide the type reference and make of the strimmer. Then it's useless. Bought strimmer as recommended. Wrong one! How many times must I buy , until I get to the right one?
Perhaps there is some one out there a happy purchaser. Whom can HELP me!

Item Jet Wash advertised as being same as a power wash big joke nothing like a power wash, attached it to hose pipe no strong jets of water it was just like using a normal hose pipe, I emailed so trend same day I received the item for details on what I needed to do about returning the item and how to get a refund, there email reply was did your product have a defect, No, it does not do what the advert describes, have emailed a number of times for details on how to return the item and request a refund but no communication is forth coming will go through pay pal to resolve this matter

I purchased a double pack of their so called “speed camera alert systems” as they sounded great, however upon receiving the items at a so called great price of £99.99 for two I was extremely disappointed with the items as they do NOT work as stated on the company website.
They were of very cheap quality & do not alert of speed cameras as stated.
I then tried to get their returns address via their website & emails but after a week of trying they still would not give me any information.
I have since contacted them via email but all they do is send my invoice.
I have now contacted PayPal to try to resolve this issue.
I would advise anyone thinking of using this company to NOT shop with them as they are a con & the items do not work at all as advertised & at no point do they offer any return information.
Worst company I have ever shopped with, they don’t offer a good service at all.

I wish to return the product I purchased from Sotrends. The item that was sent was not the product I ordered but despite several e-mails I am still waiting for a response. I Would not use this company again to purchase anything.
