Ordered a photo bracelet, I didn't expect it would arrive in time for Christmas, but it did and its lovely
I paid £30 for a Christmas decoration as a gift for my Mum. It arrived late and broken. The photo isn't very clear and you can't really see half of it. I'm so disappointed but will vote with my feet and never buy from them again.

WARNING- DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I paid for an item that l was led to believe was a miniature figure of my son but turned out to be a rubbish framed picture of him as if he was a miniature figure. It will go in the bin as the quality is so poor. That's 43 quid down the drain. All this after emails back and forth for nearly 3 weeks of asking where my item was. China has become the hotbed for scammers as that is the third time l have been done this Christmas from that country. Don't be conned like l have been

Ordered a Russian doll set, prepared it all online thinking hmmm never ordered off instagram before but says uk at the end be ok. When going through it and designing all looked great thought why not be a lovely personal Christmas gift, it’s just been delivered Christmas Eve ordered on the 13th Dec so excited as main Christmas gift but when opened the bag got covered in saw dust the dolls don’t even really fit together and when pushed it’s so hard to even open them. The wood is disappointing to as not smooth. Very disappointing and will not be ordering off this company again, will just have to give gift like it is. Plus you have to pay extra for shipping and then a tip what’s that about I did manage to tick that box to say no thank you. Just don’t order the dolls say away.

Misinformation about delivery, paid for express delivery to ensure arrival before Christmas, however after purchase it tells you that it's double the time because of production, so instead of arriving at its latest today it will not arrive until 1st of January. Be careful when using.

Products were of excellent quality. I received my ornament with a song different than what I ordered. Customer service rep Cherry C. was amazing! She was so very patient, genuinely concerned and helpful! She helped me resolve the issue pretty quickly! I will confidently be placing orders in the future with Soufeel.
Truly a beautiful a lasting memory. My mom was always our snow queen and pink her favorite color. Teared up seeing her picture I there. However knew this was meant to be.

This company has been extremely unprofessional and dishonest in handling my order. Despite providing a clear and correct address, the shipment was returned without any valid reason. Their shipping agent admitted they did not attempt proper delivery and instead blamed the location.
What makes this even worse is that the order was placed over a month in advance for my wedding anniversary, and due to their negligence, the occasion was completely ruined. Customer service kept giving contradictory explanations and failed to resolve the issue. This experience has wasted my time, money, and patience. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company

Presents as a UK based company but product made and shipped from China, first red flag. The product is described as black walnut but it actually spray painted pine or similar, most of the fittings are 3D printed and were smashed up on delivery and all the pictures had fallen out. Paid for 4-6 business day delivery on the 3rd, finally delivered on the 22nd. Could not have done worse without it being an actual scam.

Previous review they requested I took down which I did assured it was on its way. Paid £8.99 for express delivery as wanted it for a special Christmas present now not due till 29th Dec. Please be advise dont waste your money on delivery costs and would advise shop around for the same product. Thanks alot for terrible service and for making a special gift not arriving when it should have. Thanks for your answer but no contact from yourselves after this review even though you said you have. Terrible service

Awful. Wish I had read reviews on Facebook before ordering. Ordered a snowflake with a photo of my nan in the centre for my grandads Christmas present. It’s so grainy and poor quality, you can barely see the photo. I asked to send back, there is a no returns policy and they ask for photos of the issues, but as it’s one of those things where you have to cover one eye to look into the pendant, you absolutely cannot take a photo of that… scam.
