First let me say I literally stalked this woman to find out where she got her blazer from and she showed me the companies Instagram. I immediately followed and placed an order for a special event coming up. My very first order with Souk+SEPIA took a what I would consider a long time so I sent them a message. Within a couple hours Gladys responded to me with a quick, professional response. She looked my order up on the spot and explained to me the process and how long it takes. This is on their wet ut I failed to read it so I was t mad at all. The customer service was so great that I could t wait to give them the best review. I have a fashion background in fashion and when my boutiques were open, we were voted best customer service in Atlanta. I know and understand the business. Souk+SEPIA hands down have the best online customer see yo have ever dealt with. I know the quality will be superb and cannot wait to receive my pieces. Thank you Gladys for your help and customer service. You deserve a raise ♥️

DO NOT ORDER!!!!
I placed an order on January 4 for a pair of boots and a hat. I had not received any communication regarding delays or shipping issues. I reached out to them 01/27, 02/07, & 02/27. They gave me the same cookie cutter apology regarding manufacturer delays so I agreed to exercise a little more patience. On 02/28 I got a tracking email with tracking info attached. It is now 03/14 and not only did I not receive my package, the tracking info is not valid. They have stopped answering my emails and refuse to engage on social media. I ended up disputing the charges with my bank and here we are.

Any response will not restore my trust in this company as much as I would like to shop with them again. They'd have to do things a lot differently going forward.* Disappointed and Disgusted.
I have hesitated for months in writing this review, but I feel it necessary to caution others about ordering from Souk + Sepia.
I have ordered several times from this online marketplace. The first couple of times were great, merchandise I received was beautiful. Although the shipping was slow, the wait time was still within the acceptable range. The last two times, not so much. I waited a month and half and sent two emails, which they responded to, but in the most vague language and plenty of platitudes and apologies. One item I was informed the manufacturer was no longer even making yet I see that item is still up on their website. That is downright dishonest! Also I was offered 20% discounts as most of these reviews state. Now why would I risk losing my money and patience by shopping with them again?
Additionally, with all the poor reviews on Trust Pilot I don't understand why I can't find a single honest review on their Instagram page. They have disabled the ability to leave a comment. Not that I had planned to leave a comment but I have taken note of it.
This company is not a boutique with items on hand, but they do "drop shipping" which seems to be the problem here. That is why our orders are disrespectfully late in getting shipped to us if at all.
Buyer beware: all these poor ratings tell the story. I am so disappointed because I wanted to make Souk + Sepia my go-to.

Don't order from this company
I placed an order on Jan 12,2022 so I gave it a few weeks so I reached out to the company and she responded back quick and she assured me my item was on the way that was on Feb 3, so March 12 I had to call PayPal to file a claim, I received my refund quick because she couldn't give paypal a tracking number. Do not order from this company.

Loss It’s Luster
The first few orders were perfect. However, the last two didn’t appeaR to have the same quality material and detail. Sadly they were all final order, the pants were tagged as medium but were undoubtedly a small. The code I received to get a discount due to a delayed ordered a few months back wasn’t acceptable when I tried to use it. I’m very disappointed and now hesitant to purchase any other items.

This is the WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. The shipping is RIDICULOUS! I placed an order on Jan 8th and am STILL WAITING on an Item. When I reach out to customer service all I get is responses filled with excuses about how items are shipping from Asia, still being processed, and please be patient. Today is March 7 and it has been 2 months, 2 WHOLE MONTHS, 60 DAYS since I placed my order for the blue Soyo Woman Top. The company's latest response was the item was on its way to the USPS facility for delivery. I can never get any specific detail on where the item is coming from or why it has been delayed. The shirt will be out of season if I EVER receive it. They offered me a $25 gift card (which I will never use) and blathered on about how customer service was a priority. My daughter gave me a $200 gift card to shop here and it's the WORST COMPANY I've ever shopped with. The clothes are unique for sure but the shipping and delivery is unacceptable. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY SHOPPING WITH SOUK&SEPIA. YOU'LL BE DISAPPOINTED!!

I did receive a refund for the item that is “still processing” since January. UNFORTUNATELY I received a gift card for Christmas and used it for my order. The refund was placed back on the gift card so I did begrudgingly place an order equal to that small amount to give the gift card a zero balance. Not surprised at all that The $25 gift card code offered to me by the company didn’t even work. 🙄🙄🙄

Shopping The site was pretty easy all the way through. I was excited to wear the jacket I purchased for a special night out, but unfortunately the shipping didn't happen in time (about a month).
I contacted customer service, and this is when they really went over the top in my book. Carla was kind, courteous, and professional the whole time. She took my order number, conducted a search, and then refunded my money and added a discount code with an update sharing they are in the process of enhancing their delivery services. While i didn't get the Kayonza coat I was hoping to wear, I totally will shop there again and recommend them to others. Also, before shipping with them, I browsed their about page and loved what I read, so glad it seems to match up!

I see how the company responded to the other comments on here and I’m dying laughing. They sent me that same message about 30 times over the course of 3 months. My orders were so late I had to cancel pretty much all of them except for one item that I wish I could return now. They do not know what they are doing, I sent them over 40 emails overall for just two orders. I initially ordered about 15 items and only got two. One was okay so I kept it but the other one was horrible- their cheap faux leather smells disgusting. All these people know how to do is apologize that I am disappointed with their customer service. That’s the worse apology ever- to phrase it as “I’m sorry you feel this way”. So rude, passive aggressive, and unprofessional. Do not waste your time (emailing to see what’s up with your order- it’s like a full time job) or your money for clothing that is poorly made and over priced. I have literally gotten better stuff at Shein. SOUK&SEPIA ARE SCAMMERS!!! Trust the reviews!

I was extended a refund for the final order items I purchased but have not received it or heard anything additional. After reviewing my orders I have just realized I never even received one item that I paid for ... the Adelaide Slip Dress. I hope you guys can get it together because this is not a good way to stay in business.
Don’t do it! I received two orders quickly… sizing is like the items are from China… and XL fit like a Small. But these were final sale so I couldn’t return them.
The order I actually wanted never showed up at all after a month.
Just don’t waste your time… better luck trying SHEIN- 🤦🏽♀️
