Front for Alibaba dropshipping, but still decent product
Soulfire is a Alibaba ministore, selling mass produced products bought from and rebranded of Alibaba. I purchased the Sauna Tent from them and suspected as much when I bought it. When buying Soulfire, go in with the knowledge that they don't make their product, merely mass import them and rebrand it.
However, their product isn't that bad. Materials are pretty high quality, and there are no issues with stitching or zips. The fire could have used a much larger rock basket, it's too small for the size of the tent. Emailed them with questions regarding the product and their customer support was responsive and helpful.
Reviews on their website are through Okendo, which are 100% doctored. Okendo only publishes reviews that are overwhelmingly positive, and won't publish anything under 3 stars, or anything 4-5 stars that also include problems with quality or customer service.
