They are the least trustworthy company…

They are the least trustworthy company and take no accountability. Ordered a charcoal shirt in small, they sent me a white in 2XL, which was obviously huge on me. Their customer service kept insisting that it is the right size for me. After multiple back and forth, they said to send it back to them and that I pay the shipping (cost as much as the shirt) or they can give a 20% discount to for me to keep it and donate it. Never did they even show a bit of accountability in offering to exchange for what I actually ordered. They are just terrible

Do Not buy from Soulona!!!

Soulona has great looking products, but unfortunately it's all smoke and mirrors. Sent me a product with holes. Products are low quality materials. When I asked to replaced damaged item, they refused. Don't do business here. Save your cash for a worthy vendor.

Unethical Company - Steer clear - Buy elsewhere

Before purchasing read the smallprint on their website like I didn't!
In my opinion I have never read such purchaser unfriendly conditions. If you still go ahead and order don't say you were not warned. I have yet to receive my order but wonder if it will actually arrive and if it does if it will fit. The customer service experience with this company so far instills me with absolutely zero confidence in them.

Unethical company policies

Unethical, DO NOT PURCHASE from Soulona. They make "size adjustment" to the actual size you order because the product is manufactured in some other country probably SE Asian manufacturer. I ordered XL which always fits me comfortably. They shipped a 4XL which was no larger than a US medium. They refuse to pay for return shipping. Also not real high quality. The vest I ordered looked thicker with more distinct seams in the online photo, what was shipped was thinner and not as high quality as how the photo looked. Oh, one other thing, the zipper is backwards, very awkward to operate.

Wish I had read the reviews before I…

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered two men's XL denim shirts. They shipped the shirts with XXL tags but the fit is a Medium. They are avoiding any talk of a refund and covering the cost of shipping the shirts back to them which, by the way, costs almost as much as the shirts. Live and learn. This is not a credible company and you should avoid them at all costs.

Oh what a shady outfit

Oh what a shady outfit! There is no possible way to contact them either by phone or mail and when using their advertised costumer support address as per their own web page, one continuously receives the message it cannot be sent! It just spins around forever shouting out a message to use the correct format! What correct format, just to take a hike or what?!

Don’t buy

Received the goods. Ordered a size L, what came was a 3XL, but the real size is hardly an M. The return policy seems shady, as they don’t offer a return address and expect the customer to pay any return on their own cost. Customer service doesn’t answer either.

simple and elegant craftsmanship

just bought my first shirt from this company, and it is a simple masterpiece of design and quality.
international shipping took a reasonable amount of time, and rosie in customer service was happily responsive, clarifying for me that a 3XL is actually a Medium.
i'll definitely buy from soulona again, and highly recommend their goods!

My advice - GO ELSEWHERE

I suggest you DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Was a bit wary, but despite mixed reviews, I ordered a couple of shirts. Took weeks to arrive and were 2XL not the L that I had ordered. Then looked closely at more reviews and Soulona's terms and conditions online. Despite it being their fault, I have to pay for return - costly as it is overseas. I then checked their legit status on the web and no matter where you look at sites that track SCAMS etc, Soulona gets very bad ratings. Too risky. Again, GO ELSEWHERE for your purchases.

Don’t really have a return policy

Bought the long sleeve Japanese shirt and ordered 1 size larger than usual. The shirt came and it was too small. I contacted support and followed their return instructions. After a long time the shirt was returned to me as “return to sender” by the company. This return was costly. The company clearly doesn’t want to accept returns. They simply claim they do to seem like a responsible vendor. They are not. Will not buy from them again

Katana and Fuji shirts

I bought both Katana and Fuji shirts. The quality of shirts is great as are the look and fit. I live in the UK, the shirts arrived in about 10 days, couldn’t be better.

Shockingly Excellent quality!!!

Only after I had already ordered the Katana shirt I started reading the reviews. I had waited about 3 weeks and my order had not yet arrived so I figured I was screwed and forgot about it. Well, my Katana arrived today and damn, this shirt is really really nice!!! Cotton/Linen quality, size is PERFECT (i ordered a large and even though the label says 4XL it fits wonderfully). I never write reviews and this is legit. 5 stars. Its worth the wait.!! Added bonus are the embossed info tags in chinese which if you take a photo of and google translate you get some nice words of wisdom!!).
