Wrong Size sent, Refused Accountability

the shirt was marked as a: 2XL
I ordered at XL - The shirt ended up being too small!
it is made in China. The tag was all in Chinese.
They initially ignored my request to return with a label. after a month. they want me to return to Canada paying for the Freight and Customs Clarence. Nope! They have excuses for selling all over the world which is why the shirt is mis-marked. they won't assume responsibility for the wrong size sent or marked.

Gives other Instagram retailers a bad name

After waiting 3 weeks, and receiving 20+ bizarre, non-sensical shipping updates, the item arrived. What I thought would be a coffee mug of standard capacity, was so narrow and small that I burst out laughing when I opened it.

It basically holds maybe 1/2 cup of normally-sized coffee. It is 1.5 inches narrower than my other mugs. That’s a significant decrease in liquid volume.

What a joke. $37 down the drain

I ordered a pair of boots and paid…

I ordered a pair of boots and paid extra for express shipping. That was 2 weeks ago
And I have still not received my boots. I have tried to contact customer support with no success. I would not recommend purchasing anything from Soulona.

Mito Magnificio

Ordered and received Mito pants in a timely fashion. I was upset to see the size XXL when I ordered M. Happily I was able to speak with a customer service rep who explained the different overseas sizing labeling. The pants fit perfectly, are very comfortable, and have a linen feel. They are great for the gym and casual wear, even in the sub freezing weather here in Massachusetts.

Should have read the reviews before I bought from them. I ordered an item for Christmas at the beginning of December and it’s Christmas Eve and I still don’t have it. I’ve reached out and tried to get some tracking information but Nothing. Don’t waste your time

Bought 2 of the Katana shirts at 3xl

Bought 2 of the Katana shirts at 3xl. The quyality seemed good, but the shirts were extremely small, probably needed a 5xl if they were sized correctly. Cost was around $77 with a $5.50 shipping charge from California. The return address they gave is in Canada. I got 2 quotes to return them, one was $80, the other $110. They do NOT reimburse shipping. So it makes no sense for me to return them since it'd cost meover $80 to get my refund. They did offer a 15% refund and let me keep the shirts.

Where's my package?

Ordered a vest on Dec 1st... it's now Dec 19th and I have no indication of delivery date. The customer service is not helpful at all. I would not order from Soulona again.

I …Zero Comminication and No Response

I ordered 3 items 3 days ago with shipping tracking. Despite 3 messages to their listed email I have no idea if my order has processed or is being shipped. I have been charged the fill amount. I would expect at least shipping information having paid for tracking.

I purchased 2 shirts

I purchased 2 shirts. They took forever to be shipped and delivered. When they finally arrived, one was the incorrect size. I have emailed their contact addresses 3 times so far. Nobody has contacted me back. I wish I would have read these reviews before a made my purchase. Don’t buy anything from this company!!!

No United States distribution center- expensive return

I bought some pants for $39.00. Quality seemed fine, but they weren’t sized correctly (the pant legs are naturally short and this was not mentioned onsite or in any photo). In an attempt to return them, I was told I’d have to do it in 14 days from delivery (I received this instructions with 4 days left in the timeline). I consider this quite hasty. I also discovered they’re in Canada, and have no distribution center in the United States. As a result, I’d have to pay a return shipping charge of $17.95. I don’t think I wouldn’t taken a chance on an online clothing order if I’d known they didn’t have a United States distribution center.

Bought the Polara jacket

Bought the Polara jacket. It took 25 days to get here. The tracking service was horrible.
Ordered a medium received a 2XL that fits like a small. The quality is poor and it looks like it will be a struggle to be allowed to return it. Wish I would have read the dozens of bad reviews before purchasing it.
I would not buy from this company again.

Incorrect sizes, and refusal to exchange easily

The incorrect sizes were sent, and a VERY difficulat and prohibitive process to return for the correct size. I was asked to post the items at my own expence back to CANADA in order to get the process moving ! Arrogant and inconsiderate replies when asked to help. I will NEVER be using this lot again.

Rubbish clothing,don’t buy.

I bought the Mito Japanese style trousers which took over 3weeks to arrive. Very disappointed with the as the material is very thin and cheap. Sizing is very small so all in all very poor.
Typical Chinese rubbish,save your money and buy from a local shop as these are not worth the money.

Scam?

This company, in my opinion, operates on the borderline of scams. They advertise themselves as US based but are from China. Ordered an XXL men's jacket. It took 10 days to get to me. The color was nothing as advertised. The label on the jacket says 5XL and still the jacket is too small to fit me. Sent an email to Soulona 2 days ago to request instructions for a refund. Still no word at this time from them. Do not do business with these people!

I would give them zero stars

I would give them zero stars! No customer care, no fairness, very poor quality, items may be undersized. On top of that, you have to return the product within a very short window, and the return shipping to the other coast could cost you almost half the price of your order!
