Poor quality item for the price
Poor quality item for the price, delivery took forever, returning is too difficult, terms state 60% refunded to original payment method and 40% store credit to be used in 90 days. Complete con. Avoid this company- SHEIN will offer the same quality at a fraction of the price. Really disappointing.

We can see that you made a return request on Saturday which is a weekend and your return request was processed promptly on next working day which is Monday, 2 days later. We would like to remind you that our office is closed on weekends and any request we receive on weekends will automatically be processed on next working day which is within our stipulated processing time of 2-3 days.
