Very fair price offered to me for some B&O equipment that I was parting with. Process was very smooth, with Sound-Affair sending me suitable boxes and packaging material and arranging for their subsequent collection. Payment made straight to my account.

James came and collected my old B and O system, informing me all the way of his progress. Very chatty and nice to know that my music system would be loved by another client somewhere in the world. Gave me cash on collection as agreed and it was fab to know that it was going to be used again

Unfortunately, I ordered some shipping boxes for my Beolab 8000's and never received anything. I tried reaching out multiple times via email and never heard back. I am just out $183 USD for my order.

Really easy and simple service. James was professional and friendly and made everything very straightforward. I sold a few old B&O sound systems to him, he gave me a quote beforehand, then came and had a look and made payment on the spot.

An offer was made and accepted and even though a couple of faults developed on the system while discussions about shipping etc were being made, they kept to their promise. SA gave me a fair quotation on the products I had. They sent me a label for the boxed product and the carrier collected on a date to suit me. after checking and testing I received the cash in my account one day later. a pleasant experience from start to finish.

Unfortunately I experienced the OPPOSITE. I have 5 pending/"Processing" (paid) orders form September 2023 ...
And the seller EVEN DOES NOT REPLY to my mails from January (I wrote dozens and tried to contact them/him over the phone ... NO SUCCESS). At the beginning of our relationship it was OK, a bit late shipments but at least they/he communicated. I thought something serious happened with him/them, but seeing the current reviews, they are alive and serving customers .... So I DO USE THIS FORUM TO BRING INTO THEIR ATTENTION ... IT IS UNACCEPTABLE TO IGNORE C U S T O M E R ... such an unpolite and criminal way!!
