Very quick delivery in busy period a great guitar at a good price

I was traveling when I purchased a pedal, so asked kindly if they could scheudle the delivery and they did. No issues, no worries. Friendly staff who are on top of it.

I made an online enquiry on New Years Eve on a guitar reduced in the New Year sale and received a response almost immediately from a salesman confirming the spec and including photos. Placed my order online and received all the relevant confirmation emails. Fast forward to 2nd Jan where I receive a clinical, terse email from Paul (The MD) telling me that the guitar I had bought online had in fact ' sold in store on New Years Eve and sadly was not taken out of stock' and that my order had been cancelled. After a few email exchanges where several anomalies in his reasons were unpicked, it became apparent that they had obviously reduced the guitar too much which was the real reason why the order was cancelled. If that had been the initial email and they had held their hands up and been honest I probably would have said ok and still bought it anyway. It's a shame as up until then I had great service!

I had an old acoustic guitar with a broken bridge and I took it in to Sound Affects to see if they could do anything with it. It was left with Rob, the shop's Guitar Tech, and I have to say he did an outstanding job.

It quickly became apparent that the job was far more complicated than I had anticipated, but Rob was adamant that he would not let the guitar die.

He did everything he could, and went above and beyond to get the guitar in a playable condition. The guitar now sounds and plays better than I ever thought it could.

If you need any work doing on your guitar, do not hesitate to take in to Sound Affects.

The t-shirt arrived screwed up in the delivery bag. So when it arrived it looked cheep and creased - more thought needs to be added into how clothes arrive for the customers when being posted.

I am extremely happy with this guitar. It came properly and carefully packed and when opened it revealed a beautiful guitar . Even though it was bought as used , it is in excellent condition ( as new) and the sund of it is amazing. Thank you for this brilliant buy.
