Hi Marc,
Thank you for your precious feedback!
As we rely on third-party APIs to perform the transfer (or any other operation related to your music account), the transfer speed may vary during the day or due to an exceptional event with the third-party API.
Best,
Thomas

Hi Fabio,
Thank you for your precious DJ feedback!
While it's technically not possible to receive real-time information about a playlist update using current APIs, we are taking note of your request.

Great, but needs work for handling multiple playlists with same name

It was great, but would like it to be smarter if there is a similarly named playlist already, rather than simply creating a new one with the same name

Hi Chris L,
Thank you for your feedback! It's always expected behavior to create new playlists using our "Transfer" feature.

However, if you need to update an existing playlist, you must use our "Sync" feature or "Replace in" to replace the entire tracklist of a destination playlist.

Best,
Thomas

Super useful

Super useful

I tried their service and it was wonderful, they added everything to the new service and I could enjoy my music.

Funny thing is they say "if you need this only once, you can instantly cancel subscription" I found this super sincere and super funny.

Good experience, if you need this type of service, super recommended!

Playlists were empty

Transferred from Apple Music to Qobuz. Only transferred the names of playlists and left them empty - Artists and Albums were fine.
Worth a fiver for one month subscription if you’ve got an extensive library, but I think if you’ve got a small library it’d actually be easier manually doing it yourself.

Hi Harrison Ridley,
Thank you for your feedback. About the playlist issue, it's definitely a temporary API problem. Just try again later, and that should be good; else, write us a message using the "Help" button on Soundiiz, and we will look at this ASAP.
And yes, our Premium plan is helpful for large collections, else our Free offer can be more than enough.

Good product and got the majority of my music over

The most frustrating thing with the app is when there are errors moving music over, there no easy way of view the errors and retry. You have to download a csv where they'll be listed. I found that some were flagged as errors yet the album that had failed appeared in my favourites. Would be great if the UX could find 'close matches' so that rather than failing you can pick an album the name/artist matches. Often the album had text in parenthesis that failed.

Hi Paul West Drayton,
Thank you for your feedback.
At the end of the transfer process, you can see error details in the dedicated interface on Soundiiz directly or in a CSV file.
Regarding the matching process, we strive to find the perfect match as closely as possible. As we know, for most of our users, having the correct album is the expected behavior.
However, in your case, if the album exists, it should have been matched. Feel free to send us a message using the Help button on Soundiiz so we can investigate your case and specific examples.
Best,
Thomas

Hi QUANTABEATS ENTERTAINMENT,

Thanks a lot for your message! We're happy to hear you're enjoying the app.

Just to clarify: Soundiiz doesn’t transfer tracks directly, but rather attempts to recreate your playlist on the destination platform by finding and matching the tracks from the source. If a track doesn’t exist or can’t be matched due to metadata differences, it unfortunately won't be copied.

If you’re sure some missing tracks do exist on the destination platform, feel free to open a support ticket using the “Help” button on Soundiiz. We’d be glad to investigate further with your original playlist data.

Best,
Thomas

I have a free plan

I have a free plan, and understand that I can only transfer one playlist at a time, and each playlist can have a maximum of 200 songs.
I have around 80 playlists, and after having transferred about 20, I get hit by error 201.
I dont get why I cant make the transfers one at a time, as that should be possible.
It seems that you are making a hidden limit and that way force users into using the payed service.
For that reason I give you 1 star, as your service is cumbersome, bordering to useless.

Hi Andreas Østerbye,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

You're absolutely right that there are limits in place on the free plan — including some that are not immediately visible. However, these are not intended to push users toward the paid plan. Soundiiz relies on third-party APIs (like Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) to perform playlist transfers, and these services impose their own rate limits and quotas.

To ensure a stable and fair experience for all users, we need to dynamically manage the load on our systems — especially during peak usage periods. That’s why, after a certain number of transfers (such as the 20 you’ve already completed), you might temporarily encounter a 201 error. This error isn’t permanent: you can try again later or the following day, once the system load decreases.

We understand this can be frustrating, and we’re always working to improve the clarity and flexibility of our service — even for free users.

Thanks again for trying Soundiiz, and we hope you’ll continue exploring its features!

Thomas

I’ve been struggling for about three months to get Apple Music transferred to where I could use it. I spent several hundreds of dollars on hardware and software only to find this diamond in the roof and once I got on it, everything was just so easy easy as far as your app is concerned Truly helped me out very thankful for it
