Sound Shoppe NYC Reviews

Fast, accurate shipping. Well padded.
Great company.

Quality product and fast purchase/shipping.

Just a great selection, and fast shipping. Will definitely be buying more pedals from you in the future.

Fast shipping, well packed, great price. 10/10

My pedal arrived quickly and packed well! The pedal itself is awesome and i will be buying again since they stock such awesome and unique stuff!

Dave emailed me to let me know a pedal I'd been waiting on was back in stock. Top notch customer service, free shipping, I'm a very happy loyal customer

Quick turnaround from placing an order to having the pedals in my hand. They also have a killer selection.

Sound Shoppe had the pedal I could find at no other US vendor. It allowed me to complete my David Gilmour pedalboard build. The Pedal sounds fantastic! Delivery was surprisingly quick. Sound Shoppe will be my first stop when I'm looking for pedals. Glad I discovered then!

If you’re serious about tone, this is the shop that actually delivers. Their inventory is exceptional — a truly comprehensive selection of effects from all over the world. Boutique builders, modern innovators, cult classics, and hard-to-find gems sit side by side. Whether you’re hunting for a specific overdrive, an obscure modulation circuit, or just exploring what’s new and exciting, Sound Shoppe NYC almost always has it (or can point you in the right direction).

What elevates them from a great store to a premier one is the service. Questions are answered quickly, thoughtfully, and with real expertise. It’s consultative, not scripted — people who clearly know pedals and care about helping you find the right one for your rig and goals. That level of support is rare online and makes a huge difference.

Add free 2-day shipping on top of all that, and the decision becomes effortless. Fast delivery, zero shipping anxiety, and gear that arrives ready to inspire.

Honestly, why go anywhere else? Sound Shoppe NYC combines world-class selection, genuinely helpful customer service, and free rapid shipping into one seamless experience. Highly recommended for anyone who cares about their tone.

Fast shipping.. boutique gear a thank you letter. A lot of times it's just the little things that make your experience better. Now that I know they exist. I would definitely buy more gear..

Ordered the Pladask Elektrisk Stereo Matrise, which is not usually carried by shops in the US. Good communication with Dave and arrived quickly and was well packaged.

Super fast shipping and exactly as advertised. I really like Sound Shoppe because they carry hard to find items and are always helpful and professional.

Shipped everything together and quite swiftly. Also, everything was perfectly packaged to ensure product safety and working order upon arrival. Lastly, the thank you notes were a lovely touch.

Great price. Prompt delivery. Will definitely become a repeat customer.

Sound Shoppe NYC has a selection I can't really find elsewhere for boutique pedals. They shipped quickly and packaged the items well.

Fast shipping, excellent customer service

Sound Shoppe NYC is by far the best place to buy the greatest pedals !
Highly Recommended

in a sea filled with online businesses, it's hard to find the new ones you are willing to take a chance on especially because the bigger stores are the ones with the marketing dollars trying to pull you in, but it's nice to know that there are still small businesses out there trying to do something a little different and special and I can honestly say that this is a special shop that cares about their craft!

Great Service. Extremely fast shipping! The thank you note was a nice touch too.
