I really wish I had a way to play my curated soundtrack on a schedule using Sonos. I love the content just have to make sure I turn on and turn off the music.
Overall we love the service and we routinely receive compliments from customers in the store as to the music selection. We would like to see more selections in the genre of Enya, Lorena McKennitt etc.
Why does your service add songs when I import my Spotify playlist for my commercial business. I don't like your taste in music. I want only my songs in my playlist. I guess I won't keep your service if I can't have exclusive edit rights to the playlists I create. Screw your algorithm.
Have only given 3 stars due to the fact that SYB advertised we could drop and drag our existing Spotify playlists over (which we can) however it only finds perhaps one half of our playlist! SYB then adds what it believes are similar to what we just bought over. Incorrect. Upon creating an 80's soundtrack by dragging an 80's soundtrack from Spotify, SYB found about 56% of the tracks and then ended up adding tracks from all decades.
I have read through some reviews and responses from SYB and SYB mention a new product they are working on. Will this be a software update to existing or will we be coerced into a new product? That would be a shame as the literature of which we purchased the product on lead us to believe that we could create our own soundtracks.
Extremely disappointed with the customer service received during a difficult time...
I have been a paying customer on a monthly subscription since 2018. Just last week, due to the Coronavirus outbreak, by business had to close down for the safety of the public and my staff. Therefore, we had to stop using the service immediately. Payment is taken in advance for the period of service; I contacted Soundtrack Your Brand on the day that payment was due to be taken, explaining that unfortunately by business had to close and so I will not be using a single days worth of the paid for service, and wished to cancel immediately. Their response was that they'd already initiated payment and so there was nothing they could do. To add insult to injury, they instead offered 50% off the next 3 months payment so they could keep funds coming in from me!!....despite the fact I'd explained that my business would be closed for the foreseeable future!
I'm a small business in retail that is really going to struggle in this period we are going through and I have been offered zero empathy by Soundtrack your brand. I have had to cut back in all areas and all other suppliers have been really understanding and helpful.
Soundtrack your brand have not looked after me as a customer and chosen to keep my money despite the fact I am not able to use the service.. I would never treat my own customers like this. Surely, there should be a 14 day period regarding subscriptions to cancel & refund should events such as these happen. It is certainly something I'll be looking into should the company not choose to help a long standing customer. It gives me no reason to continue the service once things go back to normal!

My client has 3 locations, all bars or cafes. His staff curates the music. The Auto DJ function is horrible for them as they want to queue up shorter playlists that they have spent hours putting together in Spotify. Sometimes they want to go with a single song and cannot due to the shortcomings of your app. They haven't even used your playlist creation as it does not allow individual song choices.
I suggest the following:
1. An option to turn off the Auto DJ function
2. Allowing search and play for individual songs
3. Playlist creation via individual songs
I realize that you originally designed the app for retail locations, but different businesses have different requirements.

I loved the service until 6 days before my 30 day trial ended, they charged my card $291. Wasn’t expecting that and it overdrafted my account! Very frustrating. Will not be continuing service because of the unreliability.

This has been the best commercial music experience I've had in my 17 years in the business. Great job!
Soundtrack has proven to be an easy to implement service which is reliable and has nice features for our venues (management via web and app plus playlist scheduling).
I love that I can schedule specific music to change the atmosphere of my restaurant from high energy music during peak hours to easy listening romantic during off peak hours.
Great system, easy to use and has helped us manage our in-store music so well!
Absolutely 100% agree with the recent review made by Jacob. This company purposely hides important information regarding additional licencing requirements. All their slogans (eg. "now you can play music throughout your business with peace of mind") suggest that the licence is included. £26.99 is not cheap and the cost suggests an inclusive monthly fee. I would not recommend a company that works in this way.

I have tryed soundtrack your brand, I think their business methods are very bad and pehaps even misleading for the customers. I was told that first month was free for the first location. When i logged into the system, one nice thing on their webpage is blinking to you - "you have one zone that you need to attend to" - so i did. I got 2 mails both of them says that i have 1 location with the excat same name, but one has the location and one has the location and the zone. But i gotten a mail from the sales manager that it was the same as 2 locations, not if you read the info in the mails comming from the same company. I can not get a decent answer why i have to pay for 2 locations, when i made the zone within the first location(that i was trying for free for one month). Soundtrack your business withdraws money instantly on your account eventhough its a trail month. I have now after a week gotten money back from 1 location(i was trying for free) and waiting to get an proper answer why i have to pay for a zone within that location!

Extremely clunky. The library available for licensed public play is vastly different than the Spotify list.
Worst of all, it auto DJs daylong playlists based on dreadful AI suggestions.
If you care at all about your brand, you aren't going to let them choose the music, because they do a lousy job of it.
It's like going to a restaurant in the mood for pasta, but a stranger gets to order for you, and you're getting everything but pasta.
Renders it useless.

Very limited!
Difficult to navigate.
1. Pairing of device shouldn't be this complicated, should be like any other app, where you use sign in.
2. Making your own playlist should be easier, you should be able to do more on the app.
3. Playing a song without them "creating a soundtrack" should be an option
4. Why cant it be just like spotify? Many smaller bands are not available to play. Having a radio setting, not having to commit to a certain playlist very time. Difficult to navigate the que of songs and cancel playlists
5. Windows app is VERY limited. Pointless to have it.
Very disappointed in this service. Unfortunately, It is the only legal available real option for music in a business.
