I purchased Source sandals for years. However, my newly purchased pair warped irreparably while in the moving van. The company refuses to replace them and responded that the sandals are not resistant to heat. It did not cross my mind that I had to ship my shoes in a refrigerated truck. I will not purchase another pair.

Usually, I don’t write reviews. But the Widepack from Source is just genius!
Sure, I love the big opening — it makes it really easy to clean the bladder. I've been using the same Widepack for over 5 to 10 years now without a single problem!
But last year, my conviction about this product just skyrocketed.
I was on a trip in Central Australia, and everyone knows water is absolutely essential when you're out there! Of course, I had my Widepack with me. But one night, a dingo stole my bag — with the Widepack inside.
When I later found my bag, the Widepack was lying outside of it, covered in bite marks. It was slightly wet, and I was desperate. I still had two more days in Central Australia, and I thought my Widepack was damaged beyond use.
But the next day, I realized the pack was still intact! Sure, the bite marks were still there — but no water was leaking out. It was still usable.
So after a freaking dingo tried to bite open my Widepack, it still worked perfectly. And now, over six months later, I’m still using the same pack without any problems!
I will surely get another one! I used to be afraid that the pack might rip open inside my bag. But after this experience? I’ll never doubt this product again.
If you’re looking for a reliable drinking bladder, this is the one!

İ bought a sandal from source's website on 26th March. After couple days later i couldnt reach the website without using VPN because of my country s restrictions. But they still sended a mail like ur order is on its way and this is a tracking number etc. But it never reach me. Customs made it all way to back. it should have reached them by now. İ have been trying to talk someone from source but no result.

A month later and haven't got a response to my message regarding maintaining/cleaning my bladder effectively.
