Excellent Company, Products and Customer Service
I have bought a few products from sourcevapes (monarx), and I have found that the products are mainly of good quality and when they fall short, the customer service team is there to fix it quickly and efficiently. Just recently I purchased 4 items at a 7.99 price. They have not shipped yet, but the price is now 3.99. I reached out, and they said they would happily adjust the order quantity to reflect the new, current price. Shipping is slow. I believe they only ship the items out once per week, and usps does take a long time to scan them in. You can reach out to them through a variety of social media platforms, and receive a very quick response to updates on orders anytime. I believe the items are worth the wait. The Jolt, Bolt, and Spark are all excellent! The quality is high grade at reasonable prices.
