My order was place d and paid on 02 August 25, i received no informations about the delivery date. I contacted the support by email several times and the informations received were very little and confused. I ended up not being able to access my account, I never received a reply from the support I contacted by email. The delivery company finally contacted me to inform me about my product, which was finally received yesterday, 02 September 2025, 1 month later. I’d never received any info about my product dispatch status and I haven’t been able to access my account anymore, as nobody replied to my request of support. Extremely negative experience

I RECOMMEND NOT BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered three packs (each of two rolls) of sousvide vacuum sealer. They only delivered one pack although charging for three!
Having queried this on their published customer service email and receiving no reply for several days I raised it on their website. I did get a response saying that my previous emails had gone into "junk"! (What responsible organisation doesn't properly monitor its customer support email box.) They said three were 'signed out' of their system, but they would check the weights with the despatch company. (The label clearly shows that DPD booked the package in at 1 kg. Three packs would have weighed 1.5 kg + packaging.) we arer now nearly five weeks on and despite being chased they have not replied.
My belief is that they could have a disgruntled (or joker) employee in despatch as the original package had a sticker claiming it contained "Bladed Goods" and "only deliver to a person over 18"!

Conditions of warranty not corrected displayed on the website. The very expensive dehydrator lasted less than two years. Warranty details are listed under customer service, and not under the warranty section. Very misleading and, one could even say, bordering on dishonest.
