Bought a Konro grill
Bought a Konro grill. Arrived promptly as expected. I bought some accessories, it differed a little from the images/what I expected. I contacted customer support who were prompt and rapidly resolved my issues. They were very quick to get in touch and resolve my issues.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced
This is the first time I have ever written a review for any company but feel so passionately let down and ripped off by Sous Vide Tools. I did a lot of research for a grill for my partner for his birthday and purchased it from Sous Vide Tools. It was delivered and when I opened it the next day it was smashed and unusable. I contacted Sous Vide Tools and they said as it had been 24 hours since the delivery they couldn't exchange it or give me a refund. £200 later I now have a grill that is unusable. I have never come across such shocking customer service of any business or company.

This is the worst distributor I ever…
This is the worst distributor I ever came across within my two decades as a head of operation chef and business developer within the food industry.
I developed multiple brands launching over 100 sites and I dealt with almost every single machinery sales in the UK and never been told I couldn't replace the machine after over three times brake down within a year. and every time we get an engineer we need to go through days of what they call process...
the machine is a blast chiller that cost us a lot for the food batches and a complete operation failure every time this happened.
I purchased over 1 million pound worth of machineries last year for all my 7 clients and my own businesses across the UK, Europe and Middle East and I would never ever recommend such a scam.
I am sharing here for anyone who doesn't know yet about this ridiculous scam after trying really hard and I will definitely share with the Hospitality UK SENIOR OPS group and any client I deal with.

I got a vacuum sealer a little over a year ago. I used it maybe 12 times & it quit working, the vacuum works but the heat sealer doesn't heat. The support staff were unhelpful, and as I am out of the warranty period the want 125$ to look at it.

Please be wary of this Company
Please be wary of this Company. I have been trying to get a refund for goods not received since 19 December. The company refuse to refund my money 'until the goods are returned to them' - they are currently at DPD's Stoke depot and have been there since 19 December. However, as I never received them I have argued that I cannot be responsible for their lingering in a DPD depot - this is confirmed by Consumer Rights Act 2013. However, no amount of trying to reason with the company will make them budge. Also, if they refuse to accept the goods then they will simply stay with DPD and my money will remain in their bank! Apparently, I have to stand the loss for goods I have never received! Appalling way to run a company. I have now had to open a case with PayPal - hopefully they will be able to help.

Lousy logistics - Poor Customer Service
Superficially they appear a reputable and professional outfit. The Konro Grill was exactly what I’d been looking for and could be delivered the following day just in time for big Easter Weekend cookout.
The grill snd charcoal were consigned to Parcelforce and tracking indicated both arrived safe in local depot. This is where the good feeling ends.
The tracking map showed the progress of the parcel right to the next door village then at 17:09 went dead. The website then announced there were was an issue with the address and the premises could not be located. This is in a two road village where any passerby could give you directions.
Parcelforce customer service broadly useless. Sous Vide non-existent.
Then to give the lie to the whole fiasco; knock on the door on Saturday morning and a large parcel of charcoal. The driver had found the address with no issues and delivered one parcel but not both
And now a few days later. Still nothing and Sous Vide customer service finally managed a phone call at 6pm which I missed.
This probably should be a review of Parcelforce but they are just part of the shonky experience.
No response whatsoever
Received a chamber vacuum sealer for Xmas. Very excited to use it on Boxing Day but it wasn't working as per the instructions.
Sent an email asking for help .... Nothing
Tried calling Xmas week ... Nothing
Tried calling again ... Got an out of hours message during the stated office hours ... Hmmm.
Emailed again asking for help and a call ..... Nothing.
Yet they have the time to plug their January Sale on social media.
Looks like I need to just return it when a simple bit of advice could have done.
