I used Southampton Cruise Concierge to travel Guernsey. Joanne was so helpful from start to finish, answering a multitude of questions, sorting out tickets, phoning me to check I’d got my passport ready, advise about drinks on board and a little of what to expect, she even phoned me upon my return to ask if I’d enjoyed my trip !! Just booked with Theresa at Southampton cruise centre for January 2025 and it was absolutely flawless and she answered our emails straight away as this is our first time cruising we had a few questions and she answered all off these with speed and accuracy.

My booking went wrong with another company and two people stepped in and made me and my families holiday Leane Harrington and Kirsty Anne made sure we had a cruise to look forward too as this was our first year in cruising. They made it so special at an affordable price and also got us three rooms in a row. We visited so many nice places and the staff on board was fantastic. Jo is able to advise regarding the best prices, cabins and any bonuses that you may be eligible for. Always my first port of call!
