Great service very impressive, so efficient they were ready and waiting for us bus ready to go and it dropped us at the terminal right at the ship on our return we rang from terminal and bus was outside and our car was waiting for us to just go. Will definitely book with them again.

What a fantastic experience. Easy and simple from the point of booking to being delivered back to our car. I have always booked valet parking at the port and, in honesty, booked this company by mistake. Turned out to be the best mistake I have made. Dropped off car, private 2 minute transfer to the ship, bags unloaded and then a repeat on the return journey. Very easy and efficient.

Really friendly staff,easy to find and when we arrived home picked up personally as we missed the shuttle.

So easy directions check in , transfer to the ship and back . Such a nice young man did the paperwork . Car waiting as soon as you got off the bus honestly very impressed.

The process couldn't have been simpler from car drop off to collection. From arriving at their location to drop off the car and getting to the ship was approx 20 minutes (via shuttle). They even coped with a change in vehicle details the previous day.
There was a little wait to be collected at the cruise terminal on the way back but it couldn't have been more than 10 to 15 minutes. And that included figuring out where their pick up location was.
Would happily use them the next time we cruise. Thanks team!

Don't be deceived by the website. The parking office is quite hard to find, and when you do it's a little grotty office, in an even more rundown industrial estate. We had to wait ages for the transport to take us to the cruise terminal. The whole process was chaotic. On our return we were told to text them as we disembarked which we did and told to wait by the "flag". There wasn't a single flag anywhere, it was pouring with rain. We rang and texted several times describing where we were - they kept saying they were coming - and nothing. We ended up getting an Uber back to the office to collect my car. They offered no explanation, no apology and no refund for the cost of our cab. Even as they helped us load our case into the boot they made a deep scratch in my car bumper. DO NOT USE this company.

I booked last minute, they couldn't have been more helpful. It was busy when I arrived but the young chap was very attentive and organised. We had to wait for the second load to take us to the terminal, we were only waiting 10/15mins for the next run. On the way back we found the flag and didn't have to wait too long to be collected. My car was waiting when we arrived. Definitely will use again

Staff were excellent and helpful, but on our return our hybrid car had a flat battery and we had to call a breakdown service. When the battery was given a thorough check at the Lexus dealership the computer readout showed that when the car had been brought back to the office , the engine had been left in neutral for over 2hours and not turned off hence draining the battery. The drivers need to be fully trained on how to drive the very complicated modern hybrid cars which all seem to differ slightly.

When we arrived there, there were queue of cars waiting to enter, it was full. No-one came to tell us or controlling traffic. So bloody disorganised. Only 1 driver taking each car to the compound. We were there for an hour. Returning there, was surprised to see it so quiet and not busy at all. But it put me right off booking there again. I rather pay more to park near the cruise next time. Sorry to say this.

Very well organised from dropping my car of to being taken to boat terminal and being picked up from my holiday to collecting my car very good service indeed highly recommend indeed.

Excellent and professional service, will definitely use again

Well where do I start? Due to bereavement we left the ship early phoned the company to get car back early was told not possible and to chill out in a hotel and see what we can do we did dive them enough notice so after a argument I said I would collect on the original date.
Arrived on the day to collect car noticed the car dash was lit up like a Christmas tree and a water logged car and damage to off side after grilling the staff we found out that the car had been stolen/recovered by themselves and they were not going to tell us anything about it finally yes they admitted everything just to warn everyone this company are very shady they are not fully insured or 24/7 security we now have a battle with our own insurance company and it’s a fault claim against us so please be warned.

Used when cruising with Celebrity 13 - 27 Sep. Busy drop-off, hard-working staff, straight forward transfer. Pick-up smooth and efficient. Highly recommend this service. Will use again.

The woman with glasses and coloured brown and red very short hair that worked for CPS was incredibly rude . When I showed her that I had booked assistance she said she could not find it on her list and if I needed the use of a wheelchair I should not be getting on a ship and going on a cruise. . She refused to give us her name and covered her name badge with her jacket. I was totally speechless. When I mentioned her behaviour to Daryl who was extremely helpful but still couldn’t find a wheelchair but helped us avoid queues . This awful woman should be sacked. Clearly she is discriminating against the disabled. We are going on another cruise and I will find out her name so we can name and shame her.

We’ve just returned from a two-week cruise and I can honestly say this service made the whole start and end of our holiday so much easier.

When we arrived, everything was well organised – staff took our cases straight onto the shuttle bus and we were dropped right outside the cruise terminal building within minutes.

After disembarkation we went to the flag collection point, no stress finding our driver and sure enough we didn’t have to wait long at all.

Our bags were once again handled for us, and we were back with our car quickly.

A really professional and friendly team, we’ll definitely be booking again next time

Excellent service from start to finish. Put our cases into vehicle and offloaded them for us. Smooth transfer to ship. On our return, they arrived promptly to collect us and our car was waiting at their base. All staff friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend them and would use them again.

Very efficient, from booking , through to arriving at the parking reception (when we were helped with luggage) and put into the minibus and taken straight to the ship, then picked up very quickly after the cruise to recollect our car.
BRILLIANT

The company were excellent. There was a queue when we arrived but they worked efficiently to book us in. Transport to the ship was good. Collecting the car on return was smooth and only had to wait a short time to be picked up from the terminal and taken to collect our car

At the moment I have only booked my parking which was very easy to do.
