The mini bus travel between the terminal and parking was prompt, the car was kept indoors and the location was easy to find. Well priced for a weeks peace of mind, would recommend and will use again

Everything went smoothly exactly as described in their very clear instructions. The office was easy to find and my car was emptied of baggage for transfer to a van. The car was parked in the onsite warehouse for us, while we were transported to the cruise terminal. The return was equally efficient and effective. Staff were friendly and personable. Cost were reasonable - highly recommended

Used Southampton Cruise parking via our cruise booking agent, very happy with the service provided. I was to late to book valet Parking and this was just as good. Pulled up and easily transferred our luggage to the waiting vehicle that would take us to the terminal. Handed over the keys to my vehicle which was then inspected ( and filmed) for damage. On our return we waited for approx 15 mins to be collected and taken back to our car which was waiting outside ready to go. When we last used the valet parking we had to go and find out vehicle with all our luggage. This was actually much easier.

Very easy drop off and collection with easily followed instructions. Our driver on the way there (can't remember his name, sorry) & Sarah on the way back were lovely and made our transfers very easy.

The handover process at both ends was smooth and easy, without delay on arrival back in Southampton. The drop off and pick up were straight to and from the car, no walking to pick-up points and the same at the terminal. Easy and would definitely use again.

Why would you choose to go anywhere else, easy to find,great service, car undercover, 5 mins from port easy pick up points. Have used these twice in last 6 months and will never use anyone else again. Use them you will not be disappointed.

Extremely well organised both when dropping off the car and on pick up. Staff very friendly and even drove us into the warehouse when collecting the car so we did not have to stand in the rain.

SCPS may only a year old, but from my personal experience, the customer is at the heart of their service. Travel to/from Southampton cruise terminals is rarely a stress free experience. However, SCPS managed to make it so! The staff are really friendly and they did exactly what they said they would do! The hardest part was finding their location as the signs can be easily missed. Thank you.

All in all a very good experience. When I arrived photographs were taken all round the car, the mini bus was waiting and after handing over the keys we were on our way. On return I texted the company as instructed, very straightforward, and immediately received a text back to say the mini bus was on its way. Slight delay being picked up but it is chaotic when you get back from a cruise anyway. Nice touch that the company has a flag at the terminal so you are not constantly looking for the mini bus. The car was parked outside ready for us to leave. Very friendly, efficient staff. A great experience, keep it up. We will use again.

I’ve never parked in Southampton for a cruise so I looked at Tripadvisor.

Some places were cheaper parking but had bad reviews.

This seemed good, so I used this parking service after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor and they were spot on.

Overall Southampton Cruise Parking Services were excellent.

The guys working there were courteous, efficient, friendly and helpful, both with drop off and collection, so full marks to them and they got my holiday off to a good start and finish!
Yes, there’s a little waiting, but not much.

My car was returned for collection in perfect condition.

My only maim suggestion for improvement is better signage for parking since the place looks like a disused warehouse.

Very efficient and slick service. Helpful and pleasant staff and the transfers to and from the terminals were quick and the methods of communicating with the operator worked well. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

A decent service for a reasonable price paid. All the staff I cam across were friendly and helpful. The admin was done quickly, and I felt in capable hands.
Our driver Ken, who collected us from the terminal, was very cheerful and a pleasure to be around.

The location is perfect and easy to find. Very pleasant and helpful staff. From first contact with enquiry about booking 2 pick-up type cars, 6 people and 15 cases. We were given good information on drop off and pick up procedures, that worked very well. Dropping the cars off was a quick simple process. Driver loaded all the luggage and we had a quick 10 minute ride to our cruise terminal. Driver was very friendly and helpful. Unloading all the cases and pointing out the flag to look out for on our return.
Pick up on our return was the same experience. Only waited 5 minutes at the flag. Driver very helpful and friendly.
Our cars were waiting for us outside the building. They had clearly been stored inside and were in the same condition as we had left them. Very, very good experience and will definitely recommend and use this company again.

Great attitude from staff - The indoor Parking was priced to sell and not overpriced - a very simple and easy booking process.
