I stupidly got the dates wrong on my cruise, and I only realised after my mother-in-law corrected me. With one week to go, i range SPR in a bit of a flap and Mike and Alex were super helpful and pulled the parking back to where it needed to be, for the total cost of £10.

Do not use this company, there are much better ones available. This is what you have to do: car drivers have to drop off all passengers and luggage at the port before arriving at the car park. They take you back to the port on their shuttle service. If you do not know Southampton then this will be a nightmare. Now they do not mention this before you book only after they have your money, very underhand.
