We telephoned customer service when we queried what size bunting we needed for our boat and ordered the recommended size. However the bunting flag size was appropriate for a far larger vessel, and was therefore returned. A partial refund was isssued. Took a number of emails and a threat of reporting to Hampshire trading standards to receive the outstanding sum. Our experience of this company was very disappointing.

Ordered on 18th of December. The site does not allow to create an account. Although the domain name was added to the White List of the spam filter before ordering no confirmation email was received. As a matter of fact, no communication at all was ever received. The PayPal receipt is hence the only proof one has been in contact with the company and one made a payment.
On 04 January I used PayPal's "Dispute" system to inquire about my order. I sent via the same way a 2nd message on the 15th of January as no reply whatsoever had been received.
On January 16th the mailman slipped the "signed for" delivery in the mailbox (without anyone signing for it). Item delivered. Looks good.
I am aware the New Year period might have delayed delivery. The item ordered did not need rush delivery. If only the site allowed the creation of an account where one could verify the status of the order there would have been some proof of purchase and maybe one would have been able to follow up how the order was being processed. For now, this company fails in communicating with its customers and that is sad as everything else seems top notch: the products, the website, ... There always is an opportunity to improve.
