I follow SDT on Insta so it was great to actually meet them. Got some really useful advice, I love how Adam just stares at the dogs observing their behaviour to work out what's going on. Most trainers are too busy telling you what they know to spend the time just watching and working it out.

Aaron really helped me with my reactive golden retriever, My dog loves other dogs and would always want to go say hello and it would always be a challenge to go for a walk. With the advice Aaron gave me and showed me actively in our session. I will continue it into real life and not avoid walking anymore. Helped my confidence as a strong dog owner

Been with SDT for over 3 years . Have attended pack walks , 1:1’s and group classes with my reactive GSD . All of our training has been with Sophie Peacock . She truely understands dogs . It’s been a brilliant journey with a fantastic trainer and am sad to see you leave the company . Good luck with your new solo dog training business .

Had a 2 hour 1-1 with Arron and my reactive rescue dog.
The knowledge shown along with the understanding of her issues were incredible and not only did she learn from the experience but more importantly so did I.
Arron was patient, explaining in detail how to deal with and correct her problems.
We left after 2 hours with her able to comfortably walk past other dogs and with a greater understanding of my role in helping her going forward.

Had a 2 hour lesson with Aaron today, and was really productive. He addressed our problem with Eddie, and spent time showing us the best way to help him. He explained everything in detail, and ways that were easy to remember, and showed us exactly how to accomplish them. Left the lesson very happy and confident to carry on what we were taught, and happy that we could contact him if we needed any help. Was the best 2 hours we could have spent to deal with Eddie's problem. I would highly recommend Aaron and Southend Dog Training to anyone.

Wow what can I say,
Aaron was absolutely brilliant, not only did he give us great advise and training techniques (which he went very in depth with, and if i didnt understand he explained in a different way so i knew what he was talking about)he also explained where I was going wrong as a dog owner and how it was affecting my pet.
Ive Only had one home visit (today) and already I feel very confident and at ease knowing my little furry loved one can progress and get to the standard of where she needs to be
I highly recommend the company and will continue our journey with them, also knowing that there is continued support online is a massive relief.

As the owners of 2 beautiful dogs, one a very complex and complicated soul of an English Bull Terrier and the other an eager to please and extra loving Staffordshire Bull Terrier Southend Dog Training really has been our saviour! After getting a multitude of conflicting advice and spending hundreds of pounds for it we finally have the confidence that we will in time have not only 2 beautiful pups but pups that are healthy and happy in their own skin because we their owners are advocating properly for them.

Our experience with Southend Dog Training started with reading the book on a whim, this then quickly progressed to signing up to the app so that we could fully establish proper foundations and succeed in doing so, we then met with Aaron.

Aaron was truthful and non judgemental- he listened to what our lives looked like, made us think realistically without being condescending. Over the course of the session he got to know us and our pups and he explained and demonstrated his suggestions clearly and in a way that we can replicate all the while ensuring that we were aware that this is just the start.

In just 24 hours our lives have changed, we are not walking on eggshells, listening to non stop 'anxiety busting soundwaves' or pounding the streets to knacker them out so that we get a chance to eat a meal.

We know the road ahead is going to be a long one but we are keen to continue- We have a sound plan and a way to execute it knowing we have the support of the team behind us!!

We had a second 1 - 1 training session with Aaron to help with lead walking issues with our 17 month pointer cross. Aaron really understood our needs and importantly our dogs needs, finding out what makes him tick and teaching us how to approach lead training in a manner suitable to our dog. We have tried different trainers and group classes, but have found Southend dog training seems to look at the pyscology of the individual dog as well as training methods. Definitely worth the visit. Our walks now are really improving and both us and our dog are happier.

The training session with Adam was extremely informative and exactly what we needed for our 4-year-old Husky. He was straightforward, professional, and genuinely focused on helping us, without any unnecessary excuses or distractions. This is exactly how a trainer should be. Having worked with a couple of trainers before, I was pleasantly surprised to experience the high standard of training that Adam provides.

We had one session with Sophie and she was absolutely fantastic! Both my dog Teddy and I got so much out of it. She explained everything clearly, was so kind and patient, and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. Sophie’s approach was brilliant, and I felt really supported throughout. I honestly can’t praise her enough – she’s fantastic and I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dog trainer. Her dogs are just lovely as well, which made the session even nicer.

I had a great session with Aaron today with my 3 years old Labrador who has been reactive to some males following past experiences . I was bitten by a dog a few months back and have been very nervous myself which made Max even more reactive and snappy.
Aaron gave me the knowledge ,tools and confidence I need to work with Max. Thank you !

Hi good day i do love your content in Instagram, however the videos in the course i did not round they use full, as there is a lot of talking, and few examples on how to handle untrained puppies.
I am still on free trial, and would like to inscribe, bit i could not find where to do it.

Tbis webinar was very informative and explained in a way that made it very easy to understand what I needed to do to help myy dog with his anxiety. If you are struggling with a dog who has separation anxiety I would definitely recommend watching this..
