Pleasantly Surprised
Recently booked a session with Southern Comfort. From the start, communication was excellent. I never had a chance to ask any questions because they were so thorough in staying in contact from the time of booking to the day of service. I'm extremely busy, and up until recently I was able to keep my house immaculate.. guilty of being a neat freak. My lack of attention toward keeping up with my house had me feeling slightly depressed, so I reached out to Southern Comfort. Not knowing what go expect, and admittedly a bit nervous, they met and exceeded my expectations, going above and beyond the service I paid for. My cleaners were friendly and personable, and I was able to speak directly with the owner from the start. If you're looking for a local small business to support that makes you feel like a name and not a number, give these guys a shot. You won't be disappointed.
