I had a shower remodel done through southern siding. Financing was simple as a quick credit check. Prices are fair given the quality of products. The representative was very knowledgeable about the products. The install was done in a single day. All of the staff was professional and courteous. I am extremely pleased with the service from southern aiding.

I have done business with this company for many years and will continue to do so when ever the need arises. Thank you for your dependability and availability.

They did everything they they said they would, but they did leave some clean up with bolts and saw dust in the room. I also like how they call and tell you when they will show up.

We heard numerous stories about how pricey they were but chose Southern Siding to replace our windows because not only did their advertisement proclaim a great deal, in which you buy a specific number of windows and in turn receive a certain number free but also, that you would receive a $50 Visa gift card for doing business with them. After the salesman arrived and surveyed the house, he informed us that we did not qualify for that particular advertisement and explained he was not authorized to offer any alternate incentives or discounts. We had to wait a couple of weeks for someone else to come out to inspect the house again and then a few more weeks to get the windows from the factory according to them. Although we were flustered and put out at that point, we decided to stick with it because we just wanted to get the windows installed prior to the impending summer heat. While we were not especially thrilled with the salesman’s inability to work with us, his relentless attempts to up sale additional services although we made it perfectly clear that we were operating on a tight budget or the amount of time from first inspection to completion, the installation crew was awesome, which is the only reason I’m giving them 4 stars. The installation crew was timely, organized, experienced, and personable. They took great care to ensure a seamless process in which they cleaned up behind themselves rather than leave things in disarray for us to try to put our home back together after they were gone. For the record, we never received our gift card. They refused to mail it and told us we would have to come into the office during regular business hours to pick it up. With all of that said, we love our new windows but attribute them to the contractors who did the work rather than Southern Siding.

The old adage "you get what you pay for" absolutely applies to this company. Granted the installation was expensive, it was worth every penny.
The installers were knowledgeable and friendly , courteous and clean.
They were punctual and thorough. The product is exactly as promised: easy to clean and installed beautifully.

Pricing is decent but the install crews were some of the best I've seen. Only issue I had was the follow-up in a timely manner.

This company does what they promise. They were on time, courteous, and professional with me. The quality of the work was outstanding.

My wife and I recently had some much needed work done on our house by Southern Siding and Window. The crew they sent out was very professional, friendly, attentive, and did an excellent job. We had columns, window frames wrapped, new soffets and other items replaced. Now my painting chores are about 90 percent done! I would heartily recommend Southern to others and we also have another project for them at a later date. Well done!!

The screenroom that was done has been a joy. The work done was excellent and the men who did the job were professional and courteous. They made sure we were pleased with all phases of the task. The crew that did the gutters also did excellent work and I would recommend these individuals to anyone who needed this type of work.

We just love our screened in porch that we had installed. Its our favorite room "in" the house. Could not be happier with the outcome! Thank you!

The new gutters and downspouts did the job...

Very good service. Price was on the high side. Quality in some areas was less than expected, but service was timely and the product was good. A few details were left undone, but they came back and fixed them once identified. The warranty presented upon completion was not the same as advertised, but they corrected it as soon as we mentioned it. Overall we a very happy with our sun porch.

Love the product and the final outcome! It was a little difficult to get in touch with them at times, and they mistakenly left a pile of screws and debris inside our home from the project, but they were very apologetic when brought to their attention. Overall friendly and great work!

Great experience with Southern Siding! Designed a screened in front porch that met our needs & wants. Had one minor problem which was resolved in less than 2 hours. Contractor and office personnel followed up on regular basis to make sure we were satisfied with the on going work and the final result.

Everything was fine, contract, service, installation and clean up. The only problem we had is that the permit was not sent to City Of Grovetown prior to work and Grovetown code enforcement shut work down for 45 minutes until permit was received.
