I only had the rear portion of my house covered (at this time) and so far it has worked quite well. The installer was very nice, professional, and didn't waste time. So far, so good.

Had problem with installation…
Had problem with installation dates,installation was poor. Had to have two windows remade took 1 year. Recently had leaks, representative came out and put large amount of caulk on window frame and said if that did not fix problem they would have to remove trim to find out problem. Caulk looks very shoddy.
