Very professional and top notch service

I use Southface regularly now for a complete skin check. They are very professional, very thorough and explain everything very clearly. You get to see your skin blemishes in close up along the way. This is very important for me as there is a history of skin cancer in my family, caused by sun damage. For instance they have advised when I needed to use Efudix on my forehead. I thoroughly recommend Southface for excellent service which leads to great peace of mind.

I visited the Southface Clinic for the first time and had an appointment with Dr Alice Plant. After months of GP visits, I finally felt listened to. Dr Plant made me feel relaxed and, following a thorough examination, clearly explained the condition I had. I’m only just starting treatment so it’s early days, but for the first time in a long while I feel confident and reassured.

Excellent reception. Had laser treatment, very successful and the nurse was a knowledgeable and very approachable and friendly.

From booking to consultation southface have been very helpful and understanding. I have seen Dr Plant several times, each time she takes her time to listen assess and explain what’s happening. I have been dealing with a neurological condition that creates physical symptoms and she has been excellent far surpassing and experience I have had through GP services. I have come to value and rely on her to provide answers and guidance with this chronic condition.

After suffering a mole on my left cheek for 2 years and seeing it double in size I finally decided to get it removed.
I contacted Southface Clinic who were extremely helpful and recommended sending some photos of the mole to determine the best course which they did the same day suggesting I have it treated with liquid nitrogen.
I found the staff friendly helpful and professional at the clinic and after an initial examination including checking for any skin irregularities the lovely Dr Liliann treated the mole assuring me that it would remove the mole in a week or two which happened 10 days later on Xmas day leaving almost no visible clue it was ever there, I was super happy and wished I'd had it done a lot sooner.

Absolutely great service! Went along for a full body mole review and removal of various Seborrheic Keratosis. Dr Julia Martin was great and I will definitely go along again for any future dermatological issues.

Excellent and the procedure was expertly done and mno scar tissue left after 3 weeks. It is as if blemish, on my cheek, never exoisted!. Had a cyst on my finger as well. Although Southface had this cyst removal procedure in their bumpf they would not do it and told me to keep my appointment with NHS. A bit odd.
