All the staff at Southface are professional, helpful & reassuring. Have had several procedures over the years & would highly recommend them. Always go directly to them, as sadly the NHS waiting lists are very long. Always a scary & stressful time for me & important to be seen as soon as possible. Recently had surgery with Julia & Nikki & they were lovely, put me at ease & explained everything thoroughly

All the staff at the clinic are polite, professional and very helpful. The administration is excellent and the building clean.

At a previous appointment the choices between treatments had been carefully explained and what outcome I could expect. I was advised of the prices.

The treatment was administered painlessly and I am pleased with the result.

The whole experience from making the initial enquiry through to final treatment was very efficient, considered and patient centric. Everyone was so helpful and at every stage everything was explained thoroughly and will no pressure to act. Dr Luna was great and put my mind at ease, as a patient she made me feel relaxed and ensured I was clear about all procedures. Sadly it exposed all the things we get wrong in the NHS, if only this level service and attention could be adopted, it would make for a much better experience for its users.

I had a appointment with Dr Andrew Hodder to check itchy moles on my back he checked me over thoroughly he then froze three on my back and one on my forehead that I hadn't really noticed. He was very polite put me at ease all in all a good experience will recommend

I found the service at Southface Dermatology to be highly professional. I had a full body skin cancer check with Nikki Woodward. My moles were checked with a specialised mole scanner and Nikki did an excellent job of explaining the scanner results. I play a lot of outdoor sports and Nikki provided useful tips for sun protection.I highly recommend Nikki and Southface.
