I’m extremely disappointed with South Moon Under’s poor customer service and unprofessionalism. I purchased an item just an hour before a sale started, but they refused to honor the 30% discount, which would have saved me $69.99. Their strict, inflexible policy is unreasonable, and the dismissive, rude response I received from customer service made it clear they don’t value their customers.

I won’t shop here again and will share my experience with others. If you value fair treatment and good service, avoid this store—they clearly don’t care.

I am just a person who likes to shop and I recently purchased a Free People Bunny Sweater from South Moon Under. I had never heard of this store but noticed they had multiple locations in the US. They had the best price and seemed legit so I went forward and purchased. I am happy to say that I got exactly what I ordered at a great price. The shipping was about $8 or $9 so that is factored in but it was still less to order here than retail. I am a happy customer.

My item arrived quickly and in good shape! I gave it as a gift and it broke very quickly (due to manufacturer's defect), but the customer service immediately gave me a refund. A great experience- I'd order from this company again!
