Hi Peter,
Thank you for your review and we apologise for the inconvenience that this caused at the time of purchase.
We are glad that our team were able to resolve this swiftly and get this product back into stock meaning that you were able to collect your order on Tuesday 17th of August.
We are also happy that you decided to purchase more of the Tumbled Granite Setts and that they were just what you needed for your job.
Thanks,
The South Planks Team
If I could give 0 stars I would but…
If I could give 0 stars I would but there is no option. Simply blatant misleading, clearly states free shipping but they then email you the next day to say shipping is not included but an extra £52.00. Google South Planks for a review and you will find someone else stating the same a month ago, so not a new problem.

Hi Harry,
Having looked into this matter further, it looks like the confusion has been caused as we offer a free collect in store option upon checkout.
Thank you for your feedback and we apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused.
Thanks,

Sanding pads look good.
I haven't had a chance to try these sanding pads yet but they look good. One thing though they were advertised as being free delivery but that actually only applies if you collect them. A little misleading.
