The quality was poor, the corners of the bed were sticking out and not correctly tucked in as they should be, also the zipped side was bulging out and not well made at all,

Bought two beds at the game fair and the dogs have loved them. Brilliant quality and I have gone back to their website twice to order more.
However their delivery and communication is so slow! More than 10 days for both orders to even be acknowledged and have only had any updates when I have chased. Miraculously always seems to be ready for dispatch the day after you contact them

Great pet beds just what i wanted for my new dog.
Came back to Southwest pet beds having bought one for my old dog at The game fair years ago, it lasted very well.
Would recommend a good company to deal with.

Exceptional company. Initial concerns regarding measurement accuracy were quickly alleviated upon delivery. The product quality and customer service were outstanding. I intend to be a repeat customer.

We ordered two custom beds and it took about a week for delivery. Very well made and cut to size, even with hideaway zippers to discourage the curious. Our pet has taken to it immediately. We actually wrapped the interior foam in plastic sheeting just to ensure it will keep for many years in case of accidents. As a suggestion you might add it as an option. The covers look very hardwearing and seem like they will be easy to clean.
