Have been to Sarah Jane in the Clontarf branch a few times now and can’t begin to say how brilliant she is! So friendly, warm, and welcoming , all whilst being incredibly professional. Sarah Jane listened to what I had hoped the results to be like (which is so rare!) and put the time and care into achieving the look I wanted. Absolutely thrilled with the results, would recommend Sarah Jane to anyone! She’s amazing!

Place is lovely thr ladies are great but i go to one lady called Helen she fantastic now I have gone some times to others if i can't get Helen and they are great

I had my first Morpheus 8 session with Dr. Amanda. The procedure went well, and I’m now on day three post-treatment. My skin looks good so far.

Order made 22nd November and still waiting . I called today and was told someone would check it out and call me back . No one called me back . Order tracking gives no information. Poor service. Beginning to think it’s a scam.

The website states that each order includes a "FREE GIFTS WITH EVERY ORDER" but this is not the case.
The customer care says "its just a sample" and we are out of stock.
Samples are a great way of testing new products or include in travel bag and its disappointing how their team underestimate what they ultimately advertise online.

Still waiting for my products ordered on 10th November the tracking system is useless gives no information was starting to think it’s a scam. ??????

To be honest, my order was delayed for more than two weeks, because I ordered AlphaRet from SkinBetter and they didn't have it in stock. I rang once and I didn't get anywhere, as the person who answered the phone didn't know what is happening and never rang back with information regarding my order. I rang the next day, I was promised by the end of the week, but never happened. Needless to say, I was annoyed and wanted to cancel it. But when the order came, wasn't I delighted that I didn't cancel it?! They sent me two good-sized samples of SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic and another serum. All their sins were forgiven. (Just kidding.) On a serious note, when the products are not in stock, maybe a member of staff should contact the customer with the information. I for one will be back ordering stuff online, I am hooked now. :) :) Thank you for the samples!
