I came across Southwood Christmas Shop while online looking for Christmas decorations. I was impressed with the range and pricing. I placed an order which was received the next day! I then placed another other and again was delighted with the items purchased and the speed of delivery. I would highly recommend this family run business and would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

I came across this company from a Facebook advert.
Had a look and was very impressed with the stock they offered and the prices.
Delivery was very quick and everything was well packaged. No damaged items.

Second delivery with Southwood. The Decoris baubles are amazing (never so much as a scratch on them) and Southwood send out items quickly and well-packaged.

Easy ordering process, the item arrived promptly and well packaged

Purchased Lemax Christmas tea cup diarama which rotates and lights up, 1 light did not light up(faulty), contacted customer service, included photo of faulty light. They sent out a replacement light which now works as it should.Shop, website and customer service are all excellent would recommend.

This is the second year I have had the pleasure of shopping online with this shop and their service was just as excellent as last year. They offer such a great range of products, often ones I haven't seen elsewhere and their prices are extremely competitive. Products are always well packaged and delivery is very prompt. Their communications are excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

I found Southwood via an online search for some Christmas decorations. I placed my first order with them a couple of weeks ago and not only did the item arrive quickly, it came with a card and candy cane included.
