We have shopped with Southwood a few times now and every experience so far has been excellent. This business cares about its customers and that care is shown through out the shopping experience with the care and attention to detail, it feels like a truly personal experience.

A-MAZING experience! Excellent customer service! I phoned to see if 3 different models of the same Christmas ornament range were in stock (wanting 1 of each model), and the lady on the phone said she would check and call me back. She did phone me back! And promised to reserve the items and they were posted within the hour. My purchase was not a lot of money but the customer service it was given was 5 stars; I cannot recommend this company enough! Well done Southwood Christmas Shop!

While it was disappointing that one of the animated pieces didn’t work, the customer service experience I had was excellent. I immediately had a returns label and a date for returning the item which was replaced with no problems. I was kept updated on what was happening by emails (which were answered within the hour). Too many people are ready to complain but I would like to thank the team for their service. I would order from them again if only for their support.

Excellent customer service prompt delivery brilliant all round

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address. Got in touch with Southwood they said they would sort it out. They got Parcelforce to see where the driver dropped it on GPS and had them pick it up from the address and deliver it to us. A fantastic service would definitely use them again very professional.

Very quick delivery and goods are excellent would recommend
