Absolutely rubish company. Being with them, calliing every single day for about more than 3 weeks yet no outcome. One answers the phone, passes on to someone else who is one break, or not available putting me on hold. Eventually she/he is not available and others make a promise they would give me a call back later or next day for the update. But I never received a call back from them. Absolutely disaster situation I have not received my courtesy car yet. Poor accountability, poor customer service, very careless.

These are scamers. Stay away from them at any cost

What a terrible company and honestly surprised to see them still trading such a dominant way.

On 8th August they approved for the hired vehicle by the file handler called Matt and from 11th August to until today every single day they postponing the delivery in next day but this next day never turn up. The person handling the hired car called William Leitch. Every day making things up with new excuses and Heaven insurance company are unable to help in any way than leaving me in limbo with Sovereign Automative.

I am dreadfully disappointed, frustrated and in continuous loss in every way and yet they don’t accelerate things in any way.

Very bad experience couldn't provide licence private hire vehicle been told by heaven to complain which i been told someone going to me call they didn't bother calling i am never using this company again awful no customer service at all not recommended

Terrible company. How they are still trading is beyond me. Avoid if you can.

Dealt with this company multiple times and every time I have a terrible experience. I believe they are only used because haven insurance requires us to use them to get replacement vehicle in non fault accident. I will avoid where possible.

Twice i`ve had issues with this company on two occaisions.Sending me the wrong documents for a start.Then sending the right document too late which delays me working longer.The representitive on the phone actually asked me not to work using my car so they could claim for my loss of earnings whilst i was waiting for the car to put into the workshop.It only had two dents on the door thats all and i told him that.I`m paying for these clowns to be more competent than this.

Untrustworthy and keep telling lies.Will never have anything to do with this company again. They even asked the repairer for 10 percent for repairs for giving the job and going ahead and doing the repairs.Authorised the lrepair after telling desk top engineer looked at the photos to go back on workshop floor and relearn his trade. Then stopped the go ahead with repair two weeks after the go heead .Haviing since learnt insurance right offs are being shipped to India. Let’s stop this rip off . Not to be trusted.

Bad company and useless, acorn insurance refered me to them for replacement vehicle after a non fault accident. They basically turned around to say it was my fault even though I was hit from behind. So unprofessional m. They know nothing about accident. So I have been left with no vehicle because of them. More reviews online shows that they are not nice people .
