Just bought a brand new 07 printer and it is dead out of the box. Raised a support request and they are asking me to send videos and strip the printer down. I can’t demo a printer that is dead. Asked for another printer or my money back and they are now ignoring me.

We were given expected ship dates which consistently came and went with no updates from the company. Only when we reached out were we ever given any information. We ordered as a gift for Christmas and it arrived 2.5 months late. The only resolve for their crappy customer service and not delivering in expected time was a $5 off coupon for a future purchase (which I could risk never getting or having to go through the major hassle of constantly emailing as their communication is abysmal at best).

Over a year after my review this company finally responds which further reinforces my stance of abysmal customer service. In addition to my first review I will also add that once the product finally arrived the print head was assembled wrong and needed to be taken apart and rebuilt and we needed to order a new hot end and nozzles because of it being assembled wrong.

When it comes to what they can deliver, they sure know how to make a decent product. I've already acquired two printers from them and they've performed as expected.

This said, one thing I'd keep in mind is that the shipping time can take a fair bit from them. Unlike buying directly from a place like Amazon, you may wait up to a couple of months to receive what you've bought. I've had to wait two months to get my hands on the SV07 Plus. If you are willing to wait this much because one of their sales attracted you, you could end up with a decent printer to either get a foot into the hobby, or expend your current printing operation.

Otherwise I am overall satisfied!

Done 3 prints all failed at different %'s by breaking the print. I have pat. way to hold down print that has 0 movement, warp, or lift so it is breaking the prints; part is left on print mesh and part flies off. It breaks at its weakest place. Other than that it's a really nice machine. Set-up and start-up was pretty easy. I consider myself a beginner not a rookie. I'm really hopeful!

Right out of the box the touchscreen wouldn't boot up, this causing me to have a $800 brick. Not cool, first time doing business with your company, and well a total let down, you'd think there would be higher quality control than that. Very upset.

It took a month to arrive after I bought it

My order was delayed but I received prompt communication from the team. They kept in contact and the product was delivered earlier than the promised restock date. Thank you for your help and excellent product. Easy set-up for a first time 3d printer user and good build quality.

Very bad. Avoid if you respect your wallet. This company selling faulty devices making you to spend more time with fixing attempts instead of printing. Customer service is retarded and do everything for you to fail on return faulty devices. I ended up packing printer in box and post on eBay as spares repairs. Lost over £350 on this and never sucessfully print. AVOID

The control box was made up of cheap, Chinese plastic, and arrived with the door busted open. What did I expect from a company in a failing country?

The printer is overall nicer than the old ones I've tried in the past.

I bought an SV08 from them, and it shipped promptly. The printer prints well. The order was processed the following business day, and I had a printer in my hands the week after. That is pretty much all I could ask for.

Printer was easy to set up and worked pretty well out of the box. Nice build volume for the price and with some adjustments in the slicer I could print in pretty good detail for smaller models. The PC sticker didn't work so well, but a glue stick and brim do the same anyways.

Great product, every bit of amazing as it claims to be. Company was prompt on shipping and arrived very quickly. Will be buying more products.

Took over a month for delivery, had missing parts, and some 3d printed part in their kit broke. Contacted them about the broken part and they told us to reprint it ourselves. Poor company, they absolutely do not stand behind their product or have any sort of quality control. We paid almost a $1000 for this printer.

I recently purchased a pair of SV07 Plus's and another pair of SV08's. I was extremely pleased with the whole experience. Ordering and the time it took to receive was excellent. I am very pleased with the printers. All are functioning perfectly and being Klipper based makes them dramatically more functional than other proprietary OS's. I did videos on both printer styles and will be posting my observations on Youtube. I love Sovol and think they are really doing it right.

Support was good and quick despite the time difference. I just wish QC had been better so the printer accessory hadn't failed a day after I received the printer

Just from the first moment I have dealt with this costumer service it was a fluid nice quickbr espons and solution.

The SV08 is a great printer for a affordable price. The Support of Sovol was nice and they where quick to replace parts that where improved after the initial launch. I appreciate the innovation. Keep up the good work!

Sov8 is the best printer i own fantastic printer i have two bamboo x1 carbon
One anycubic one super racerflsun one voron2.4 two flashforge printers
And in the near future i will purchase another sov8 thanks

These are a up and coming brand that in my opinion will rival many of the more expensive branded printers. Easy to set up and and have running in less then 30 mins on most of the branded printers. Aftercare is absolutely brilliant with the occasional issue I've had and replacements have been sent out as quick as possible
