item was missing from my order but i was charged for it. I emailed, sent a message via website and DM'd on Instagram but no responses.

Ordered some socks, they say delivered and the picture is of my front door with another delivery. As we are on a main road then the items are seen by passers-by. So are open to theft. I have contacted the sox company by replying by email 3 times and sending messages though the website a couple of times. Not one response has been had,customer service is diabolical. So word if warning be very careful when dealing with this company

Quality products, wash well and fit well. Lovely colours will definitely be purchasing more.

These are genuinely the first socks I've owned that are this comfy and don't dig into my legs. Really fun colors as well, though a limited take. The tag is irritating and quite difficult to remove, but the socks are so good that it's still a 5 star for me

I have wide calves anyway and socks have always pinched. Ten years ago I broke my leg badly playing Rollerderby and now if I wear anything tight on that leg I get shooting pains and start limping again. I got my first pair of Sox through their kickstarter and now they are the o my socks I can tolerate. Soft and so stretchy.

These socks are the most comfortable ones ever. Received one pair as a present and had to order more.

I wanted to love these socks, the selling point that they don’t leave a mark on your legs was what swung it for me.
And they don’t leave a mark, however, they also don’t stay up! They’re just too stretchy and my feet slip around in them.
On the plus side they are very soft so I’ll probably just use them as bed socks!

Best comfiest soxs ever for all day wear on my plant nursery!!!

Second review, third purchase—these socks are just the best! Slowly replacing all my socks with theirs. Not only stylish but also super comfy and wash well. As someone with invisible disabilities, these keep my ice-cold feet warm, and they adjust perfectly with my swelling ankles leaving no marks. Pure perfection!

I ordered these originally on the kickstarter and they didn't disappoint. I came back for more recently and now have six pairs and they are all I reach for. I have thick ankles (lucky me) and everything else feels so uncomfortable after wearing these. I really hope for more of an ankle sock soon and then SOXLDN can truly dominate my sock drawer!
