Shannon came out on Monday this week

Shannon came out on Monday this week, took 30 minutes to work out what is wrong. Ordered a part and came back on Friday and installed it.
Having looked online and seen that there was a history of problems with this particular vehicle, it was refreshing th have somebody diagnose the problem and fix it with no fuss.
Lovely to deal with somebody as straight forward as him and would be happy to deal with him again. In fact I am planning to when I get reversing camera etc.
