I've had a great experience using space Hosting

I've had a great experience using space hosting and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Their pricing is perfect compared to many others out there. I had 1 issue with them and they got it resolved extremely fast for me. Their speeds are nuts. I uploaded a 4 hour video tm my seedbox and it only took me like 5 min if that. That's how great the speeds are.

I have been using Space Hosting for a bit and
honestly, they're awesome. Their customer
support is top-notch, fast replies and you
can reach them through different channels(I
think for me Telegram is the best), which is
super handy.
I had a small issue once, and they fixed it right
away plus gave me 5 free days as
compensation. That's how you know they
actually care about their customers.
Prices are really good especially after I tried
two different companies, especially for what
you get - unlimited bandwidth is a huge plus.
Overall, solid service and great people behind
it. Totally recommend!

Port 25 Suddenly Disabled in my account without notice

have been a customer of this provider before and purchased multiple VPS servers, all of which had Port 25 fully functional as promised.

When I recently bought a new two VPS for development purposes, Port 25 was blocked on I needed it, without any prior notice. This port is critical for testing real-world email sending in development environments. Alternative ports like 587 or 465 do not replicate this functionality and are not suitable for my projects.

I want to make it clear that I do not use the servers for spam or mass mailing; my use is legitimate, for testing and development only. Blocking Port 25 without warning is a material change to the service after purchase, making the VPS completely unusable for its intended purpose.

Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue, the company refused to provide a refund or restore the promised functionality, which I consider unfair, misleading, and a breach of trust.

I strongly warn potential customers: do not rely on their advertised features, especially if your work depends on Port 25. This provider’s practices are and unreliable.

In your case, as we mentioned on your on going Support Ticket #354547, we provided alternative ports such as 587 and 465 for email sending purposes. After you explained why these alternatives were not suitable for your project, we issued a refund for the remainder of your subscription — despite the fact that the servers were not eligible under our 14-Day Money Back Guarantee policy.

Please note that your server cancellation and refund request was submitted on October 3rd, and the refund was processed on October 4th. We apologize if this process required more patience than you were comfortable with.

Cheapest Solution for Dedicated server and Worst experience in terms of customer service.

I'm using space hosting for more than a year now and I'm using their vds solution. When it comes to price, they are the best. No doubt in that. But, when it comes to customer support kind, they are horrible than you even imagine. None of their telegram, WhatsApp, ticket method are all like pathetic. I'm waiting for more than a day (36 hours) and till now I didn't get my server back. And no replies from them. I'm planning to move away from them as well. And no replies when I asked for a refund.. Lets see if they care to reply here.

- All support tickets are handled in order of the queue system. Sending repeated tickets across multiple channels does not speed up the process and may, in fact, cause delays.

- Regarding your server issue, the downtime was due to an expired Windows license. We had sent several email notifications in advance to inform you that the Windows license on your server was approaching expiry.

- As part of our service, we provide a Microsoft official Windows license free of charge for 180 days. Since we do not add any surplus to the server price, this is offered as an added benefit to our clients.

- As per our policy, refunds are not applicable for dedicated server services. However, we would like to provide you with our 360° management system completely free of charge. This system ensures full monthly server management so that situations like this can be prevented in the future.

We sincerely value you as our client and encourage you to continue using our ticket system for any further assistance. Our team remains committed to resolving your concerns and providing you with a smooth hosting experience.

Subpar customer service

My experience here was so bad that It's made make an account here. Let me preface this by saying their customer support is NON-EXISTENT. Their official channels are whatsapp, discord & telegram which they claim has faster messages. No one has replied to me. Their ticket system has you waiting near half the day for a response. Bought a VPS and couldn't access it for like a day and a half.

If you value your sanity DO NOT JOIN. They have literally no customer support.

Funny thing is I know they will probably respond quicker to my message here than on their own site.

Worst provider I used so far…

Never-ending issues and almost non-existent customer support.
But most of all, they suspended my VPS as if I exceeded CPU usage, when in reality I barely used it.

I wanted to give Space Hosting another chance

I wanted to give Space Hosting another try, but things went downhill quickly.

The only real advantage is their pricing — it’s very competitive.
But when it comes to support, it’s practically non-existent. You open a ticket, and they might reply in a few days… or not at all. Messaging them on Telegram isn’t much better — replies come a day later, if at all, and are usually unhelpful.

Their servers are a disaster. Frequent downtime, pings often spike over 700ms, and sometimes 70% of packets are just lost. If you ask for a refund due to these issues, they simply ignore you.

If something goes wrong, their "solution" is to reinstall the server — with no option to save your data. So if your server dies due to their fault, you can kiss your data goodbye.

They even move servers between locations without notice, breaking configurations in the process.

It didn’t used to be this bad — I used to recommend Space Hosting to my clients. But now, I’m moving all of them away from it. It’s a total mess.

As you mentioned, we wish to formally clarify the sequence of events and actions undertaken during the six-day period in which you were an active user of our service.

Your server was successfully registered on Tuesday, 8 July 2025.

On Wednesday, 9 July 2025, you submitted Ticket #272533 reporting a connection issue. The issue was investigated, resolved, and confirmation of the resolution was communicated to you on the next day, Thursday, 10 July 2025.

On Friday, 11 July 2025, you submitted a separate Ticket #055650 requesting a refund, citing the previous connection issue as the reason. A thorough examination was carried out on the next day, Saturday, 12 July 2025, confirming that the server was operating with a stable connection at that time. While we did acknowledge a brief instance of downtime, service was fully restored. As a gesture of goodwill, we extended your server's expiration date by an additional four (4) days to fully cover the affected period. Despite this compensation, your refund request persisted.

Consequently, a refund was first issued in the form of account credits on Sunday, 13 July 2025, one day after it's first requested and followed by a full refund to your original payment method on Monday, 14 July 2025.

While we maintain 24/7 support availability, please note that tickets are addressed in the order in which they are received. Additionally, certain issues require thorough technical verification, which necessitates a reasonable review period. This process was clearly communicated in each of your tickets. Both your technical concerns and your refund request were handled with due diligence and in accordance with our internal procedures.

To reiterate, your refund was never disregarded, it's simply inaccurate to state so. Our priority was to resolve the technical issue and provide service compensation. When you opted to proceed with a refund regardless, we processed it in a timely manner and informed you that the bank may require a few days to complete the transaction.

Furthermore, throughout the entire six-day usage period, no report of data loss was received from your side, nor did we ever recommend or perform any operating system reinstallation. In fact what happened was, on Monday, 14 July 2025, several hours after the full refund had been processed and the server had entered a Terminated status, you submitted yet another separate Ticket #066548 requesting a backup of server data from 9–12 July 2025. As the service was no longer active at the time of your request, fulfilling this was technically infeasible.

We trust this provides full clarity regarding the timeline and our handling of your case.

They suspend my accout in purpose, i kept asking them why your vps is always down and cant even answer or explain properly. If you are new and wondering, never subscribe. the worst vps server ever! I can even provide a pic that they suspended my account. I was just asking then politely on why there vos is keep on shutting down but instead they chose to ignore my emails

I’ve been using Space Hosting for some…

I’ve been using Space Hosting for some time and overall, the service has been quite good — especially considering the affordable pricing. However, I did experience a full 24-hour outage recently, which is concerning and impacted my work.

Additionally, the customer dashboard feels outdated and not very intuitive. While the support team is responsive, I wouldn’t say the service is fully reliable based on my experience.

That said, for the price, it’s a decent option — but I hope to see improvements in stability and the user interface moving forward.

My server with no load unavailable about 1/3 of time

My minimal server with almost no load was unavailable about 10-14 days per month starting from March 2025. Every time they I had to create ticket and say NO to their requests to wipe my server. Also i had to say NO to their requests of my login and password. They promised that it will be ok in 4 hours, but it took about 5 days to start work again.
Now it is working fine but got no network connectivity. Ticked was closed with no answer at all. Last week average speed was about 0.5-0.7Mbit/sec now it is 0.
