Space Hosting

I've had a very negative experience with Space Hosting this past week that sadly usurps the 5 star review I initially wrote almost two years ago (still left below for reference). One of my servers became inaccessible Thursday evening (2/19/26). Every single day I contacted SpaceHosting and their response times have been at max once a day. I made the mistake of submitting my initial ticket outside of being logged into my account, which caused an extra delay (because remember they only reply once a day). The only person actually available most of the time is Stephan from sales, who is unable to help with technical issues of course. The technical team finally responded to my ticket today claiming the issue is resolved, but lo and behold when I try accessing my dedicated server it's still the same issue of inaccessibility. It's one thing if their servers are experiencing issues and they give an estimate as to when it will be resolved. It's another thing when they drag their feet and give you vague updates only once a day with no definitive end in sight. On top of that they say they won't give any refunds for inoperable days but are committed to finding a speedy resolution, which is extremely ironic because this process has been anything but speedy. If SpaceHosting can reach out and compensate me for my lost time I am willing to update this review and show they actually care about their individual customers. If not, I will be moving over to a different service provider.

I use my Space Hosting dedicated server for all of my Forex trading needs. I had my 8 core server setup a little over a week ago and it has been working marvelously. I'm able to run multiple MT4/MT5 terminals simultaneously without over utilizing my CPU and memory. Compared to other providers out there like MyForexVPS and Hyonix, Space-hosting has an incredible price for the amount of processing power they provide. Nothing but a positive experience so far! I'm looking to get a second one in the near future!

My server has been offline for 10 hours. I opened a highest severity case six hours ago and have not received a response. I had a similar issue a few months ago, and will likely be leaving.

It does not seem that they provide response outside their local business hours, or 'see' issues/downtime, perhaps they do sometimes however you certainly cannot count on it.

It seems there is an option to pay an additional 50 euro's to receive support over WhatsApp however it doesnt seem like one should have to do that in order for space host to simply become aware that a server is offline. My issue is not requiring 'support' per se, the service I purchased is simply offline/broken and it's their responsibility to remedy that, I don't need 'help' or support conversation.

I think a company can be just fine taking awhile to provide 'support', however response when their service is simply broken or offline should be fast.

Another complaint: if you reply on your own case it moves your case to the bottom of the queue. I frequently add additional information to cases I open, and I have to make sure not to do that with space host. I do not like their system of dropping your case to the bottom of the queue if you reply to your case with additional details.

If I could enter Zero star I would. Long story to explain but in few words they took more than one month to delivery a lot of servers Paid in advance and always refused to refund. They held my money , payed with it and always Said it is customer fault. To me it is typically a scam company. Don't touch it even with a piece of wood. DON'T TOUCH IT!!

Its pretty good but servers are in Lithuania
