Disliked that the trainers were so much dearer for a bigger size and then I managed to buy them online from you for the lower price and picked them up from the same shop ten minutes later 🤬

Hello Jason we do apologise for the mistake made with the online and In store price. I remember it was a Jordan 1 Lost & Found. The online price was £100 cheaper by mistake the staff should have told you we were happy to let you have them for that price as it was our mistake but you should of paid £100 more for that size and I think your find that’s everywhere. Again I’m sorry you felt this way and hope you are satisfied we did everything in our power to keep you happy as a customer Thanks for your feedback and we will do our best to stop this happening again
