Worst app EVER
Worst app EVER. It's supposed to grant access to the common rooms at 'Liv Residential'. Months after moving in, the system still doesn't work for any residents on iPhone or Android - we still do not have access. The app provides no guidance, but has bad and incomplete instructions, like "Tap and hold your device near the reader" - but there really is nothing to "tap". Tap what?! In danish the instructions tell me to "push the button". But again, no button to push or anything to tap. In addition, the animations do not fit the device, and the animation does not tab or push anything.
Also, the app is incredible slow and really doesnt solve its only purpose.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience while using our app. The access to common areas is currently managed by the building’s property management team - please contact them so they can fix it in the system. We are working on the app providing access to common spaces. Also thank you for noticing the translations differences, we will definitely look into it. The app loading speed is something we’re continuously working on and there has been big progress made in the last weeks that should provide even better experience while using our app.
