Misleading Subscription Practices

The product itself is quite nice and the starter kit was of good quality. However, my experience has been overshadowed by what I believe is a lack of transparency regarding the subscription arrangement.

I purchased a single starter kit because I wanted to try the product before making any commitment. At no point did I appreciate that I was allegedly signing up for an ongoing subscription with recurring payments. Despite this, I have now been charged again through PayPal without what I consider to be clear and informed consent.

I have raised this issue directly with the company and requested evidence showing where and how the subscription terms were presented and accepted. To date, I have not been provided with satisfactory information.

As a result, I am disputing the charge and seeking advice regarding my legal rights. I also reserve the right to pursue the matter further through the appropriate channels if evidence of informed consent cannot be provided.

While the product may be good, I would urge potential customers to carefully review any subscription terms before purchasing, as my experience has left me feeling misled and extremely disappointed.

However since emailing them they did respond and we sorted the issue so no complaints.

However I would like to see an option on there site where you can buy when you want and not a subscription

Goods arrived when stated, in great condition. Smell on opening pack was mouthwatering. Taste is great and I love the effect and taste far better than instant coffees

Extremely fast delivery, and the coffee is amazing! I get the caramel flavour, and with a splash of oat milk, it is just delicious! I'm never going back to normal coffee!

Product is good. Avoid Subscription to online order. It's impossible to unsubscribe once they have your details. You just keep bouncing back to the order page. Support team are none existent.

Quick delivery

Delivery was very quick fair play. Felt less bloated after a few days. Getting a lot of hiccups but that's just my body's reaction,I went straight in on two a day tho so might of been to much to soon. Cut it down now and building up. Feel like the supplement will be worth it.
