Back in November we decided to uproot from our home in Manchester and move back to Yorkshire. Space Homes have made our experience seamless - a huge mention to Claire, she's been an integral part of our journey, keeping us informed every step of the way which when you're moving home is honestly all you want. Officially just bought a house using Space Homes and they were absolutely brilliant! They always answered the phone when I needed them, and always got back to me the same day. Would highly recommended especially for first time buyers.

From the moment we first looked at our new home, to then putting in the offer alongside multiple visits and finally completion - Susan Lowe has been brilliant. Super customer service, knowledgable so all in all a very smooth fast process to get us in for our deadline before xmas. Thankyou- we love our new home. X

Space Homes have been fantastic throughout the buying and shared ownership process. Katherine and Malina have been incredibly responsive, answering all my queries promptly. Since moving in, any snags have been resolved quickly and efficiently, which has been brilliant.

Sammy and Millie were amazing from start to finish while I was buying my home. They kept everything clear, stayed on top of every detail, and were always there when I had questions (and I had a lot). They made the whole process feel way easier and way less stressful than I expected. I’m so grateful for their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move!

We just completed on our house at Broad Oak Farm. Our application and experience were not 100% straightforward for personal reasons, and the team were so supportive through the whole process. Beth and Sammie were such a pleasure to work with during this process, and I really felt like they were rooting for us. Julie, who took us through our first viewing of multiple plots, and then did a house demo with us, was also lovely and patient as we asked to see multiple homes our first time on the development. Our initial experience with the team was definitely one of the reasons we wanted to get a home on this development. We're also in love with our new home and so exited to start our new home ownership adventure!

Beth from Space Homes really made the purchasing of my property a dream! Nothing was too much to ask and no question about the process was too silly. She put me incredibly at ease throughout and I would definitely recommend Space Homes.

I have been in my property for 5 weeks now and I absolutely love it! It is finally starting to feel like a home for myself and my little girl. The whole process with space homes was so easy and straight forward.

Beth Hardy was there throughout to answer all of my questions and providing an easy process and Katherine Howard finalised the completion and handed me my keys. I must say these ladies were thorough and there for me every step of the way, no questions went unanswered. I am still awaiting for a few snags to be done, although I have had the major resolved and this was done very quickly and effectively through Yorkshire Housing/Strata.

I have recently purchased a plot at Broad Oak Farm and the process was so quick and easy! I have to say that Bethany, Sammy, Julie and Malina have been so so helpful. My emails and enquiries were answered prompt and always kept me updated with the process.

Julie did my completion and went through everything thoroughly. All the ladies I dealt with were extremely friendly and professional.

From enquiring 2 years ago when I saw houses being built exactly where I wanted to live, to receiving our keys last week, we’re so happy and grateful to be in our beautiful new home.
Bethany and Sammy have been angels, rapid responses to emails, so helpful and kind.
