The product was not as advertised, I tried to return or contact customer service many many times. False working business numbers. So I was unsuccessful with the return, I would never order again, no communication was ever received and now you're asking for my feedback because you want 5 starts.

I didn't receive the item I ordered. You guys don't even have the urgency to update me on what's going on, I have to literally beg for any information. Such a waste because all your products are sooo great after years of following I decided to finally purchase something and here's what I got. Bad customer service.

We have already discussed and issued a resolution to the problem regarding your order #SN-1902080 on January, 12th 2019 therefore we are quite puzzled to hear you are reiterating the same message, this time here on Trustpilot.
Did you receive our Customer Service Manager on Sunday, Jan. 12th? We did explain the situation once again, all the communication we made with both carriers in order to have you parcel delivered but we also explained we have no have direct control on parcels shipped via Super Saver or Priority Saver once they are collected from our warehouse. Additionally, the parcel was reportedly located in the Philippines on Dec., 30th as expected, so already in the destination country.
Despite our policy and Terms and Conditions of Sale you have agreed upon, we went the extra mile by issuing a full refund in order to make up for such inconvenience which was not caused by our negligence.
As we already told you, we understand your frustration, we are sorry hear you have been unhappy with us. We genuinely hoped the resolution would have resolved the unfortunate situation, please get in touch with us if you need any further assistance.

Understandably image size on apparel is dependent to garment size. I have investigated on your order, I can confirm we did print all your T-Shirts to the maximum print area for size S tees. We usually print on the chest avoiding to stretch the image to the underarms/lateral area for better looks when worn.

Eleonora, their customer service manager, was prompt and detailed on pushing out my order EXPRESS and less than 48 hours later I have received notifications from DHL that it is on it's way! SpaceNeil is quite honestly one of my favourite companies and hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced. I had a question about my order and they answered it very quickly, and checked in again once I submitted my order.
The quality of the Gaga merch I ordered was amazing! Their t-shirts are fabulous and I wear them all the time.
They were also so kind and sent me extra goodies in my order for no reason at all. They're truly out of this world. A COMPANY YOU WANT TO SUPPORT! :)

We would like to emphasize that SpaceNeil has never received any support request from your end since the order was placed and subsequently dispatched via International Super Saver. Also, as you can clearly see on our website, please be aware that International Super Saver, chosen by you at Checkout, does not have tracking capabilities. This is clearly stated on Shipping and Delivery page as well as on Cart and Checkout pages. We do offer tracked and insured alternative shipping options. Additionally, expected transit times to your address are indicated as 8-10 working day, approximately. Considering the order was shipped on May, 3rd "on-time" delivery was expected between May, 15th and May, 17th. Since times are estimated and not certain, delays may happen and are out of our control.
