MISSING PARTS IN ORDERS
I ordered twice and they only sent half of my orders both times. They don't answer calls or email. It is a scam.

Starship and launch tower
I live in Michigan USA. I ordered the 3D printed starship and launch tower from space rocket lab in Italy. The communication was excellent during the entire process. Alex and the crew at space rocket Lab did a great job! The model is awesome and the detail is great. Alex was very helpful when I had questions on the assembly process! I am very pleased with the size of this model, the detail, and the price! I will order more models in the future from space rocket lab.

After my order the response was slow but it ended up fine
Edit: I did eventually receive the model after nearly two months but that was not really their fault. I ordered through a site in the USA and I thought SpaceRocketLab was there but it turns out they were in Europe! I'm in NZ and my parcel circled the globe! Finally received the model and it was fine. Changing my rating from 1 to 4.
Previously I wrote:
I ordered a Raptor-3 model (and paid for it) and they initially communicated and suggested I also order a case (which I did), and then nothing. They are not responding to my emails and it's been three weeks since my order. Still hoping, and I'll update this if they eventually do ship it. Meanwhile I'd recommend avoiding this site.
