Do not book with this company
A positive experience painting the pottery was significantly ruined when they disposed of the item before we could collect. The pots were a memento of a lovely shared mother daughter day and we were hugely disappointed when we arrived to pick them up to be told they have been disposed of. The company say they have a policy of disposing of non collected items 2 weeks after the experience and that this is written in fine print. Few people read the fine print ande also we do not live in Manchester so 2 weeks is unreasonable. They could easily have sent an email stating if items were not collected they would be donated - but clearly this was too much trouble. Do not use this company as there are many companies offering similar experiences as less cost and more reasonable terms
