This individual enquired about availability and mentioned they would consult with their Husband. I did not reserve the slot for them, as it was a general enquiry among many we receive daily. She returned three days later, only to find the slot had been booked by someone else. I proposed alternative availability for the same day, but she responded with passive aggression and questioned the business's ethics. If my defense of a business I have built for 8 years is perceived as cocky or arrogant, so be it. Nonetheless, I stand by my decision to protect my business and its reputation.
Absolutely amazing experience for little ones, and even the bigger girls had the best time! We had a party for my daughters 7th birthday.
Shay was absolutely amazing with the girls, and was so quick and efficient in setting up, and brilliant at what she does. Would absolutely recommend, and will probably use again!

My daughter had the best pamper party, the host came on time to set up, she was very friendly and interacted with all the children in a very positive way. She had very good communication skills and provided a high quality service. My daughter was really happy and she had a very special day. I would highly recommend to other customer as I had a very good experience.

I can’t express how grateful I am that Spa Divas made the whole party completely stress free for me, much needed when I had a 2 week old baby, and the manner of Shay and her fellow therapist with the girls was so warm and friendly I felt totally confident that they were in good hands! Following my daughters party I received nothing but messages of praise from all the mums of the children who were at the party to say how much their girls enjoyed the party and my daugter was beaming from ear to ear as well! Can’t get much better than that as we all know that children can be the harshest critics!

From start to finish they were extremely accommodating and polite. They made the whole experience a pleasure for both the children and myself. They arrived on time for the party. All the children AND PARENTS left really impressed as it was such fun and so unique. I got some really good pictures too. Most importantly my house was left tidy and you'd never know they even been. I'd highly recommend.
