Very quick delivery and easy to communicate with the supplier (I was in a rush and made some inquiries). The paleta was delicious.
The only problem was in the stand. The threading of the prong that is meant to hold the lower (masa/contramasa) part of the paleta fixed did not fit to its counterpart (the two "wings") - so I had to invent my own system for that.

Bring Avila to my veranda in Athens
Ordered the 6 packages jamon iberico de bellota black for 100 euro, with free shipping DHL Express, on Saturday got the package on Tuesday by 3pm. That is excellent from Spain to Greece. 50% cheaper than buying from local specialty delis in Athens. Regarding the contents, the jamon is fantastic. Buttery soft, wonderful taste, hand cut. I would have preferred it without the preservatives but that is the price to pay for precut packages. It stays great in the refrigerator although difficult to wait for half hour to eat it. Overall an excellent experience. Will definitely repeat the order
